Despite this place being really busy, the chippies are always amazing. And that huevo Ranchero tortilla soooo good with the guacamole and egg I really recommend trying that. The only thing is, you have to have time come in here because the place is so good most of the time there is a line… but Believe me, it’s worth the Wait

This coffee shop is absolutely stunning. I visited during a road trip and initially ordered just one cup, but because the taste was exceptionally good, I ended up ordering two additional cups with different flavors. I highly recommend their specialty, Chippi. Additionally, their bread is also delicious.

Last time I had come before this visit was before their remodel. It looks so bland and modern on the inside now, it’s no longer the cozy cafe it once was. It’s like they sucked all the color and life out of it to make it more “modern”. I honestly think the revamp removed all of its character and that the owner should take that into consideration. It’s no longer welcoming, it looks like every other boring, millenial cafe now. There’s also nowhere to sit? Idk, it just feels so sad, I’d rather sit in the starbucks next to it since it has more of a cozy feel then mirasols does now.

Never again. 3 sandwiches, all are supposed to be “pressed”, none pressed. On cheap sub rolls, not the fresh amazing bread it used to be. There is virtually no filling, so it’s a bread sandwich (on subpar bread). I ordered online. Easy enough. I walked in to pick up. There are so signs to say “order here” “pick up here” just a lot of people standing behind the counter with, quite honestly, looks of disgust, that I didn’t “know” where to pick up my order (for the record, at the outside window…again, nothing to tell one that or direct them). I haven’t been here for a couple of years, but I’m so disappointed. $50 for 3 sandwiches, a cookie, a small bag of chips, and a medium chippi. The flavor of the meat filling is ok. But this place used to be phenomenal, not “ok”. And I left a 20% tip to have eyes rolls to me. Ugh.

I love the chippi and most of their food options but it seems like you wait forever for order ahead pick up. It’s almost like they start making your stuff when you arrive which completely ruins the point of ordering ahead. I’ve had to leave without my stuff a few times because I arrived after the pick up time given and was still waiting 10-15 minutes more and couldn’t wait any longer.

Stopped in for a Chippi after having something very similar and must say that the Chippi is the clear winner. Place is always extremely busy for a reason. For those that don’t know the Chippi is very close to coffee milk with a kick. Silmo or Autocrat come to mind everytime I have one. Had the Gaucho breakfast sandwich on my last visit. Tasted good, not a huge fan of the sub roll for a breakfast sandwich. Preferred the burrito or mechada on other visits. Will try a breakfast sandwich my way on the next visit.

We just went in for a coffee. I got the chippi. I hadn’t had that before and liked it but thought it needed more coffee flavor. I bought some of the coffee syrup later and made my own (try 3 tbsp of the syrup to 1 cup of milk and add a tbsp of instant coffee!) I don’t remember what my wife and daughter got but do remember that we liked all of them.
Service was pretty quick and polite.
EDIT: Back in town, we went in for breakfast. I had the Portuguese Sandwich and my wife and daughter had bagels. They were appy with the bagels (I don’t like bagels so I passed on their offer to try them). The sandwich was very good. i go the Chippi again. Still good but still a little weak for my taste.
