We had the worst experience tonight at Subway in Boonsboro, MD. Employee was on her phone talking while making our sandwiches. Her phone was in her shirt on speaker. She kept asking us the same questions because she couldn’t hear us over the phone and she ignored our requests. Example, one of our sandwiches we asked her to toast extra and to do last so it would stay warm. She completely ignored us. She kept rushing us and looking at the clock. It was 8:30pm. Which means they were open for another hour. Her attitude was very poor. Our sandwiches were still cold because she pulled it out of the toaster before it was down. This was definitely the worst experience. Paying $60 for subs that you’re not happy with is beyond frustrating. We will not be returning to this location.

Placed a phone in order for a party pack of subs, and they were ready for me, even though I arrived a little early for them. Fresh and made correctly to my request. Team member that took my order and assist with the pickup was nice and professional. Store was clean.

We came in for lunch and brought coupons that we’d been sent in the mail (we live very nearby), and bought larger sandwiches than we normally would so that we could take advantage of one of the deals. We were really disappointed to get up to the front counter after completing our order and be informed that they didn’t accept any coupons whatsoever at this location. This was not posted anywhere that we could see, and would have affected the order we made. Really frustrating! Food was fine, but we probably won’t be back because of the deceptive marketing of sending locals coupons they can’t use just to get them in the door.

The girl making our subs was just plain out rude. Need better customer service. Some people have bigger family’s, our order was a little long. Just because we had a long order doesn’t mean you need to get an attitude. If you don’t wanna make subs don’t work at a sub shop.

One of the better Subways I have visited. Very clean, and great service with friendly staff. Food tasted great! I would come back here again. I only wish it would have been easier to access ingredient information for allergy concerns (staff had no idea how to help, so I ended up going online on my food and doing my own research)

Best Subway around. Former Foos service manager and especially with Covid lurking around they are on top sanitation and exceptional care of food exposure to potential temperature checks. Absolute as far as freshness is concerned. From my observation they are a constant “A”.
