WOW, why did it take us so long to try this gem??? We have talked about trying it for several years, but we would always forget when we were in the area. Let me start with the staff. All were very polite, welcoming, and friendly. But, we had the pleasure of having Brooke as our waitress, and she was a delight. She was very attentive and engaging, very kind and down to earth, but knew when to let you eat. We ordered the Mexican Enchiladas, the lunch version of Tacos Al Carbon, an alacart crispy taco. Everything was SO good. And get this.. they offer everyone a complimentary small Queso (a second bowl for $2), salsa, and green sauce. Oh, did I mention the salsa is warm! YUM!!! And offered a to go drink.
The only thing I could say on a downside would be that the music was a little louder than we prefer.. but not overpowering, we could still carry a conversation. We like music playing in restaurants, but want to be able to talk.
Overall, it’s a definite ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

Chips and salsa were so tasty even my kids ate it! Ordered birria tacos, tamales supreme, cheese pizza and a fried fish meal and everything was SO good! Great prices and customer service as well. We will be back!

We came here based on the reviews and rating. We were seated quickly and our waitress took very little time to get our order. She was friendly and attentive. Our food arrived quickly and was very delicious and plentiful. We had the taco salad, I had the chicken and my husband had the beef.

A great little Mexican restaurant! I live in the Rio Grande Valley and we have good Mexican food where I live. This place was recommended by an employee at the Holiday Inn. The atmosphere was great, decorations were one of a kind. The food was delicious and service was great! Even my picky eater kids enjoyed their food!

Me and my family absolutely enjoy everything about this restaurant. The food is always a big big hit the spot. The staff always super friendly always smiling and really good service. We really can’t get enough of this place. Appetizer is: Chunky Guacamole Entrée: Carne Asada extra Guacamole.
