Went here for supper and my fish and fries were hot. The fries were hot and the slaw was cold and fresh. I do wish they had hush puppies though.
My wife got the cheeseburger and stated it was like a smash burger and that it was good and hot.
The lady that took our order was very friendly and we did not ha e to wait too long on the food.
They always have a survey on the receipt that you can do while in the restaurant and receive a free single dish or cake cone for free.
We were satisfied with the service and food.

First time visit. I had heard it was good, but I had to find out for myself. The food was great, the custard? Amazing! The staff were wonderful. My food runner, Sharing made me feel welcomed and was very friendly. It’s my new lunch spot.

1st time customers and we will be back. The people were very friendly. It was very busy lunchtime but our order was taken quickly and food came to the table in about 5 minutes. The food was so delicious, very hot and fresh. Clean dining area and bathrooms. Two meals with drinks $21.78!!! Both of us are full and satisfied.

Thoroughly enjoyed lunch with mom at Culver’s today! Was my first visit, and after reading through the reviews, I was pleasantly surprised! The counter girl was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food arrived at our table so fast and was hot. The onion rings were my favorite, and the shakes were fantastic! The burgers were ok too. A waiter even came by to see if we needed anything else. The restaurant was clean and beautifully decorated.

Staff members regularly checked on our needs and even shared some friendly conversations, which made me feel like a special guest.
The seating areas were nicely separated in sections and with different sizes and shaped tables.
There is a charging station table available as well for cellphones and computers. But no worries if this table is taken because I noticed several outlets throughout the walls easily accessible to several tables. Outdoor tables are also available for good weather days.
The parking lot had ample spots, and their drive-through lanes are designed for efficient customer service.
Great for families.

This afternoon I placed a mobile order for “Curdside.” I ended up having to cancel my order and receive a refund because I waited 20 minutes past the expected time for my food. I ended up walking inside to check on my food, as I had seen numerous people place their orders in the drive thru and receive their food while I waited. I was given the excuse that they were “behind.” What is the point of having mobile ordering when it’s quicker going through the drive thru? My colleagues have already quit ordering from Culver’s due to the same reason. I guess it’s time that I do the same.
