They got my order wrong. Not surprised, the guy taking my order was more concerned that I had paid for the windshield wipers that I was carrying more than he was worried about what food I wanted to order. Then I get the food and God Almighty whoever prepared it must have had their eyes closed when preparing the food.

I ordered a Gyro combo medium because they are pretty good. The advertisement that They have made the steak bites look delicious so I also ordered a five piece. When I opened the container, the steak bites were burnt. After eating a couple and thoroughly being disgusted With them, I returned to Arby’s to try to get a refund. Shatisha.(spelling?) Refused the refund because I had eaten two of them. I explained to them they could prorate them, they refused to even do that or offer any accommodations. When I looked at their name tag, they were quick to tell me. The pronunciation of their name. Like I want you to get this name right. I still love Arby’s Food. I will never buy steak bites again. Nor will I buy anything from Shatisha store.

At some point you have to decide whether putting somebody at the register is to the detriment of your business. They had an older woman running the register which is perfectly fine but she barely knew how to run it. Opting to not care that she messed up and not fix it. There’s voided out items on the receipt and I still walked away with an extra charged sandwich in the bag and a charged extra drink which I never got. And then at the end of it all I said I wanted the meal to go she accidentally pressed dine in and audibly said oh well I put dine in and left it like that. I didn’t have time to run back in to fix a mistake that this person’s outward work ethic shows they didn’t care in the slightest. Even the person who I assumed was the manager when they found out that it wasn’t dine-in his exasperation told me everything.

Edit – if it couldn’t get any worse I got the wrong sandwiches entirely anyway. I said the number of the order and the name of the sandwich. The name of the sandwich has the word cheddar in it but alas no cheddar. Who eats dry sandwiches crazy people that’s who. All jokes aside a plain anything is not my cup of tea and the employee needs a little bit more time with supervision.

They only gave me four nuggets in the steak bowl and it’s supposed to be five. I mean what are we doing here people there’s not enough money out here to do us like this. And now as I write this on my first bite, the macaroni and cheese is literally refrigerator. Cold this is got to be the most ridiculous thing. This is just Service. The food would’ve been fine. Can you just give it the way it’s supposed to be given and give a little extra if you have to don’t take away from me Something that would’ve been so good. I made my day so much better now I just put a damper on them cause I feel like I got ripped off you know we’re on the road. I can’t turn around and whatever you so whatever you do wrong, I’m stuck with it

I drove 18 miles to get Arby’s tonight and they forgot to put half my Items in the bag. I can go back there again as a friend took me there and left before I had a chance to unpack the bag . I am not happy as I am out the money for all the missing items !; ( .

Never had Arby’s breakfast so I decided to get the chicken biscuit combo! Biggest mistake ever the biscuit was not up to standard I work 12 hr shift work so you can imagine my face when I saw this biscuit very disappointed! I was going to give them 2 ⭐️⭐️ but I decide to go back to grab me a meal for lunch !! I ordered the roasted Turkey bacon ranch club sandwich it was so delicious ! This is not the reason why I change my mind from giving them 2 ⭐️⭐️ to 4 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ it was because each and every time that I went back the drive thru customer service was excellent ! Their employees have great customer service experience and they know how to greet their customers coming and leaving!!!! Keep the excellent job !

Went in behind several truck drivers that had big orders and these guys busted it out like champs!! The fries were hot amd fresh, Christian the young man that helps me was so very sweet and helpful, and made sure I had my whole order.

Employees were rude. Oerdered food that was totaled at 7.49 at window then a guy came over and the total went too $10. They tried to blame it on taxes. Come to find out they charged me $3 for a ice water and tried to hide it.
