I stopped at the McDonalds after dropping my grandson off at school. I was met at the counter by a nice young man that took my order and filled it in about 60 seconds or less. This raises the bar for my McDonalds experiences. Thank you Don for showing great customer service. The food was hot and I can now go on with my day.

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been. I recently moved here and I stop by about twice per month. They have the drive thru line pull off to the side because they cannot keep up. However, I have waited over 40 minutes before for them to run it out which is insane. This last time I paid at 12:51 and went inside at 1:05 to get a refund which was processed at 1:09. I understand waiting and fast food but, come on. If I wanted to wait 20 mins I could go to a legit restaurant. The drive-thru staff is always rude. I always try to make sure to tell them to have a great day, I usually am never even told it back. It’s just an unpleasant experience almost every time I go there. Unfortunately, I will probably start going to the Burger King next door even though I do not like them as much.

Like the reviews before me, this is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in the last several years. Drive thru wait times are typically at least 15 minutes. Food is cold when they do finally bring it out to you. I wish this restaurant would get new owners and management. I highly suggest avoiding this restaurant and driving up the road a few miles to the next McDonald’s in Lansing. You will get better service and your food will arrive in a reasonable amount of time.

At This location know matter what time of the day. They Have you pull forward and make you wait while they get other cars through. But the other 4 cars that are already waiting in their order is forced to wait for theirs. On top of that one of the cars were waiting for a shake and smoothie. like you had them pull forward and wait for 2 drinks ♀️thats crazy. they even tried to give them to me i didnt order any drinks. Then they got everyone who was behind me in line waiting off to the side done before me. Im tired of this location always making you pull forward and wait no matter what you get even drinks. I know you do that so your numbers look good. Makes it look like your get them in and out but there really not people are waiting 10mins. Alot of people I know reuse to go to that location because of that and the food not being right even after waiting for it. Higher up managment Someone needs to come in and get this place turned around. This location use to be a good location. But everyone what rather drive 2 to 3 mile up the road to a different location. Just to get what they ordered and it beinging right and not beinging made to moved forward and waiting. I will started going to a different location even though this location is a 1/2 block away from me.

To start things off I’m very disappointed because it took over 30 minutes to get our food and the food was cold. It was obvious the food had been left sitting out for a while cause the ice in my coffee was completely melted. The fries were cold and the burgers were decent. We had seen multiple drive through orders get pushed through before ours but it took ages to do which I understand if you get busy but the time was ridiculous. Half our order was missing something from it. To say the least would not eat there again

this has been my main McDonald’s my whole life and it has really gone downhill since back in the day. The food is always not freshly made or warm at the least. It’s a very, very, very slow McDonald’s and I’m not really sure why there second drive-through speaker (the one farthest from the building) Is even running because nobody is ever there to take an order. You always have to go to the first one no matter how many times you say something nobody’s gonna answer so that’s extremely infuriating for people that I haven’t even been to this McDonald’s before and don’t know that. The cashier is almost never in a good mood unless it’s the man with the long hair. He is very nice, but most of them have no emotion in their voice or sound pleased to greet you.

I know this McDonald’s is slow, so I ordered food first, then went inside Krogers, did a little grocery shopping and drove across the street to McDonald’s and my food still wasn’t ready. I had to wait like another 15 minutes. That means from the time I ordered on the app to the time I picked it up was about 45 minutes…I can get quicker service at a casual dining restaurant and it’s not too much more and taste better!

Worst McDonald’s Experience Every. Single. Time
I genuinely don’t know what this McDonald’s has going on, but it is *consistently* the slowest fast-food place I’ve ever been to. And the most ridiculous part? They make you **pull forward and wait** for *everything* even the most basic items. I’m talking a plain cheeseburger or a small fry, and somehow I’m sitting in a parking spot for 10+ minutes like I ordered a five-course meal.
What really blows my mind is they’ll tell you to pull ahead even when **there is literally no one else in the drive-thru**. No cars behind me. No cars in front of me. No reason at all other than trying to fake their drive-thru times so it looks like they’re fast when they definitely aren’t.
Every visit is the same: slow service, long waits, and the feeling that they’re more worried about their metrics than actually giving customers decent service.
Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. This place needs a reset.

Placed an online order and payed fully before picking up, they told me at the window they would have to refund me because breakfast ended 2 minutes before I picked up (traffic). Not to mention the insane wait times for any orders regularly. Won’t be coming back.

Waited in the lobby for 17 minutes with another half dozen customers and watched no one get served. People were yelling to the back for refunds and frustrated that they were going to miss their bus. This location needs to get their crap together. Front desk completely unmanned the whole time. I never got served, I ultimately just gave up, told them to cancel the order and refund my card. Came in hungry, left angry and still hungry.
