I don’t know what’s going on at the Wendy’s in St. George, Utah…but someone there clearly made a deal with the Fry Gods. Every single time, the fries come out perfectly crispy…like they were gently coached into adulthood instead of violently deep-fried. No limp noodles. No soggy regrets. Just golden confidence.
And the chicken sandwich…good grief. That crunch deserves its own sound effect. It’s the kind of crunch that makes you pause mid-bite and rethink every bad life decision that led you to other fast-food places. Juicy inside, armor-plated outside. Respect.
Now let’s talk about the drive-through. There is an epic woman working there who I’m convinced has four hands. I watched her hand out drinks at lightning speed like an octopus that went to culinary school and majored in customer service. Blink and your Frosty is already in the cupholder. I’m not saying she bends spacetime…but I’m not not saying that either.
If consistency were an Olympic sport, this Wendy’s would be standing on the podium eating its own fries while the other fast-food joints wonder where they went wrong. 10/10. Will continue to risk my dignity ordering “just one more” chicken sandwich.

Mint cookie frosty is gross. Recommend chocolate frosty. Drive through is slow. They don’t have people pull around so it’s 5-10 min per car. 3 dollars for a small frosty is ridiculous. Had to go inside to get a 3rd spoon. Didn’t give us enough

Food was pretty typical for Wendy’s, so no surprises there! We did go there to try to save time and ended up waiting almost half an hour for 2 meals. The guy running the register was awesome and we’re impressed by his patience with the crew he’s working with. 3 people all standing in the back doing nothing at once and then slow to follow directions when asked to work. It seems most people are short staffed right now, but it’s tough when the staff they hire don’t want to work either. :/

I chose to dine in because the drive through line was very long, but I realize now, the whole store is slow. The drink machine and the kitchen are dirty, the staff seem unhappy and may need support to run the store directly. Everyone seemed to be working and moving, but still it’s taking a very long time (30 minutes) to get food out and keep the location clean.

Only a couple of teenage kids in here at night the two of them appear to be far more interested in each other than they are at making food or getting the orders correct. First the girl that was taking my order had no clue how to run the kiosk. Then after asking for my order two more times they still got it wrong. I took it back and asked if I could get it right. When I got it for the second time it was still wrong. Might need some older Management in here in the evening or more attentive at a minimum

Warning – drinks are only $1.00 inside the restaurant, their ads are miss leading! We had a grilled chicken ranch wrap which I would rate a 3. Remember the where’s the beef ads where is the ranch dressing! We also ordered a junior cheeseburger deluxe again rated it a 3. I provided two pictures one was from Wendy’s website and the other was what we got. If you like Average this is the place for you!

Thank you Wendy’s for being the only Wendy’s in a 15 mile radius that is open past 8 PM! The four for four is always a great deal! Staff was very polite and very helpful. They are also very patient as someone in the vehicle could not make up their mind on what they wanted to eat and continue to change the order every two seconds. We love you Wendy’s!
