Girl working around 4pm sunday the 8th made my item wrong after i paid extra for it to be done, went back through the drive through figuring it was just confusion just for her to say she did it right, offer to mix it, and then handed it back to me after pretending to mix it. Returned a few hours later in hopes we could just talk to someone else, she answered the drive through extremely rude saying she mixed it and did it correctly, responded respectfully and she decided to ignore us. I’ve never met someone in customer service who is argumentative and rude when a customer clearly has something that was not made to the companies standard, and chooses to give attitude to paying customers when it is obvious the product was made incorrectly due to their own laziness. Placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up at drive thru window the manager ( white lady) was incredibly rude. Also forgot items in my order. The gentleman that came out with my food was very nice, but that lady should not be in customer service

I just waited over 20 minutes for a baconator no ketchup, sandwich only, and a 3 piece tender as a walk in order, while I watched door dash orders that came in after my order, and over 15 drive thru orders get processed before my own. I’ll never come to this Wendy’s again, I would get faster service from a snail.

Google and the Uber app both list the store as open until 1 AM, so I placed my order at 11:20 PM. The order was accepted, but when I arrived to pick it up, I found a note saying the store was closed. Why accept the order and update the status as “ready to pick up” if you’re already closed? The staff was rude and seemed more focused on rushing through their closing tasks than actually serving customers. Please refund my money!!

They have AI ordering with no review or confirmation. They had to fix things at the window and seemed unphased. When I got the food home, I noticed they gave me a smaller meal than I ordered (a d paid for). The whole visit was frustrating and a disappointment. I will not go back; I’ll go somewhere else.

This is the second time I ordered food from this location and received the wrong order. I ordered food inside the restaurant and twice was given someone else’s food. By the time I got home, I go to eat my sandwich and it is not what I ordered and paid for. It’s such a disappointment and honestly unbelievable.
