My wife & I went to this Filibertos for the 1st time ever. My green burrito was tasteful & good. My wife’s carnitas burrito was mildly warm & she was not to satisfied.
But the main complaint is the guy taking orders. He was very rude, unprofessional & rushed all customers he was helping.
He had no customer service or people skills. He made all customers feel horrible about even going to that location & giving them our hard earned money. He even handed out 2 wrong orders to other customers that came after us. It was an absolute disaster to see.
Of course the receipt does not show his name it just says front counter. We went to this location on Wednesday April 2nd at 9:48 am

Done. Love the place but your now charging more for less food. Your rolled tacos never was the thickness of my pinky finger. I’m no longer going to paying for a crunchy tortilla with chess on it. I buy every week. Now? Not anymore.

Been going here since 2011 and it sucks this is my closest one. The service has gone downhill. Customer service has declined and my burrito was haphazardly thrown into the bag and when i got home it was open and spilled all over the insides. They didn’t even put it in the paper bag like they usually do. No straw with the drink either lol. $32 for two people. Just awful.

Its a Filiberto’s, you already know what to expect when you go to one. The food quality varies from day to day but its mostly the same. I’ve never had a bad trip, but the prices for what it is are coming up to not being worth it in todays economy. I end up paying like 15 bucks, give or take, for a very mid burrito. Its just about that price for one menu item in general without a drink, so its pricey for what it is ngl. It hits right, when its what youre in the mood for but again, it’s a Filibertos, you know what to expect when you order. The employees are always polite and as long as theres not a line its relatively quick for the drive through. Prices are too high for me to justify going more than once a month (maybe) if I’m craving it, theres tons of other places doing the same thing with better quality for the price.

A.) drive in guy seemed annoyed, did not greet or acknowledge me in any way other than to tell me my total
B.) bacon in my overpriced burrito (I don’t eat pork and thus cannot eat my burrito)

Filiberto’s really can’t compete with other joints with similar menus, better quality, better prices and better service.

This location of filabertos has been consistently great every single time ive visited!!!! Management does a really exceptional job and they really put care into their food quality. I am always impressed and fully satisfied when visiting this filabertos location

Went thru drive thru for a quick bite! Ordered a Carne Asada Quesadilla
Only complaint was doesn’t that come with Pico? For the price I was expecting it to look like the Carne asada fries for some reason. Anyhow the cashier was super cute haha and the food overall was good. Prices are just crazy in my opinion! Loved that the line wasn’t too long and didn’t have to wait long! Get u some Mexican food!! It’s delicious!

I came to get two breakfast burritos and the way that I ordered it. It was gonna be like five dollars more and the cashier had me order it in a different way and she saved me over four dollars. I always get great customer service at this location and all of their food is the bomb!
