Visited this location recently and had a good experience overall. The staff was friendly and handled the busy rush really well. My drink was made correctly and tasted great, and the store was clean and organized. A few tables could’ve been cleared a little faster, but service was still smooth and efficient. Would definitely come back

It’s pretty nice for the 1st time. I’m pretty much chill, yet I’m very busy inside that it is a bit overwhelming for the employees, yet they got it together. I sat and drank my frap and watched all the beautiful people in and out ordering to go. Not to mention the huge line outside. I really enjoyed the music they have a bit of everything. So that didn’t bore me either. The only issue is that it is a bit warm in there, but common sense tells me the open and closing of the front door and not to mention the drive-thru window. It never rests always on the go. Even those windows are tinted it still a bit warm. And the 2nd thing is why dont you have the tiny chocolate sprinkles? You all used to have that now it got substituted for cookie crumbs. Really?? No bueno, bring them sprinkles back, y’all charge plenty for all coffee, fraps, expresso etc. So I’m sure you can restock on that… that was the only thing. But thank you, Starbucks staff

Placed an order for an Iced Americano with splenda only on it. Received a coffee that had space on the top and sugar and some sort of milk on it. Requested a refund after submitting pictures of the item I received and it was denied. Poor service from this store in preparing my order and also poor service from doordash as their delivery service.

I really love this Starbucks because the staff is really kind! The ambiance and culture that they create lightens the mood of this Starbucks! It’s by far one of the few locations where I feel has really positive staff! The only thing I would say has a down side is the limited space to sit inside :/

Wasted time… placed my order on the ap for a Pikes Peak Travel Box. I went to the store to pick it up just to have the manager tell me they don’t have them available. The best part is they wouldn’t refund me cash only a gift card.

I usually buy coffee here and today at 10:00 pm I asked if they had restrooms for the customers they said no cause it’s a drive thru so I told him why they had tables and chairs he said good question so he told me to call cooperate I said I will my daughter really needed to use the restroom when I walked out both of the employees started laughing very hard that I could here them outside so that upset me so much so I go back in and ask them are you making fun of me they are so rude so unprofessional
