This is the third time in a row that I have had to go in to the restaurant after going through the drive thru because my order wasn’t right. Not only that, but in order to get anyone to pay attention to you once you do enter the restaurant, you have to literally yell just to get their attention. Now my food is cold. I will NEVER return to this piece of garbage again. I don’t see them staying open much longer with this business model. I’ll take my business to Tijuana Flats.

July 2025- Alright I’m back with an update, a good update. I went and got the Gordita box and everything was perfect. The tacos were stuffed, and the soda was fresh. They got my order right the first time. The girl was nice. Thank you.
Still the worst Taco Bell. Still only 1 star. Ordered the new cheesy Mexican pizza with Jalapeño and it was not fresh The taco parts were soft and barely any nacho cheese. The two soft tacos that my meal came with were wet. I have never gotten wet tacos before.

Ordering food at this Taco Bell is unnecessarily difficult, and if you use the Taco Bell app, you can’t even redeem the rewards you’re supposed to earn. It feels like a bait-and-switch, making customers jump through hoops for so-called ‘free’ food that isn’t even worth the hassle. We need to stop selling ourselves out for gimmicks and just expect better service. Disappointing experience overall

I wish I could part no star. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They never get the order right. The staff always has attitude and playing around. I understand that you can have a off day so I gave them another try. 3 strikes you are out! In creditable that every single time they got the order wrong and when you say something give you attitude about it and don’t fix the problem. Stay away from this place. The worst!!!!!!!!!

I come here maybe 3 or 4 times a week , I always ask for no tomato because I am allergic, every time they always put tomatoes. They can’t read the screen . Also the way they make the food at this location is horrible looks disgusting most the time and not made according to the menu, they forget or add items as they please . They never answer the phone either when you try to call and complain . The workers are always high on the night shift , they forget items always and have horrible service. Worst taco bell location I’ve ever been to . The photo is of their grilled cheese burrito, as you can see they forgot to put the melted cheese on the burrito and the beans look old and rotten .

This is the first time that I have been to Taco Bell, and they really took care of us. Jess, gave us more than what we wanted because we complained about not having extra beans on something. That was extremely, extremely nice of them to take care of us afterwards. It was way more than I had expected. Thank you guys.
