Order online 25 minutes before arriving. As we arrive there is the sweetest old lady probably in her 70s, working completely by HERSELF, while about 3 or 4 “3rd” shift workers are at tables sitting around. I understand they probably are suppose to clock out BUT any human being with a soul would of gotten up and helped her, getting paid or not. DO BETTER!!!

Beware! They are stealing people’s monopoly pieces and giving people the cups without them and big mac boxes and fries boxes to try and win themselves! Beware! I contacted the franchise and the manager kept hanging up on me. I didn’t get her name but she had choppy english and would not talk to me! Beware! Im calling corporate. Ill never come back here and hopefully they get shut down. Im filing a complaint hopefully corporate or someone does something. They don5 belong in the field if they are theives. Could steal someone’s credit card for all we know. I contacted corporate on this matter. Thank you for not doing anything.

All kids here and mostly giggle at eachother. The one that originally took my order couldn’t understand the concept of a meal and wanted to charge me separately for everything. Another” associate ” as they like to call themselves had to take over. When my order finally came everything was cold and had to be replaced. The hamburger was overdone and tough. I ordered a mushroom and swiss grilled chicken sandwich. After waiting 10 minutes they finally got the credit card machine to work. 20 minutes later my sandwich finally came out. It wasn’t chicken but was beef and it wasn’t on the brioche bun. I sent it back. Waited another 20 minutes. This time it was chicken. But once again wrong bun. I gave up and ate it anyway. Would never go back.

Two cars in front of us in drive through. Order was taken quickly but then we had to wait 18 minutes to get a big Mac 10 piece nugget and 2 French fries. The fries were stale and cold! The big Mac bun was definitely old and stale. You had 4 people just standing around doing absolutely nothing. Poor service won’t stop by this place again. Management may want to rethink how they run fast food. Glad we do not live in this town because this place did meet good standards at all.

I went in the store to buy 2 drinks, I stood at the counter for about 3-5 minutes when the young man hollered to go order on the kiosk so I went over there and ordered my 2 drinks on the kiosk and didn’t want to use my credit card to pay $3 so I chose cash went back to the register and another gentleman ordered his food then the young man walked over gave him his cup and then ignored me standing at the register for 5 minutes with my $3 and ticket the kiosk printed out , I walked over and asked him if they take cash and he said I will when I am not busy!! Well I am not waiting another 10 minutes for 2 drinks so I just walked out VERY RUDE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!! Unhappy customer !! FYI the pictures are to show you how busy he was!!!
