Seriously this place messes up my order 8out of ten times. I am currently in line and ordered one item and they messed it up. Idk what’s going on here, but it is super frustrating. Also the inside is usually gross and dirty. Don’t bother trying to have good service if any at all if you dine inside. It takes forever for anyone to acknowledge you even if they see you they probably won’t bother to serve you in a timely manner. Just confused how such an unbusy location can consistently drop the ball on service, accuracy, and speed. Do better.

Two employees came back and forth to the window just to pet a dog. I don’t think this is sanitary and I don’t think they washed their hands because we got to the window seconds later and it was the same two employees at the window. I never really have an issue here love it here but the fact that we ordered our food at 10:50 with two hot chocolate drinks got our food told us waiting on drink we finished our meal husband went and asked the woman mumbled something about the machine and walked off waiting a few more minutes nothing went up another employee saw me and looked confused and asked what I needed I told him I’ve been waiting 30min on my drink the young lady with the long braid laughed and joked around like she didn’t care might not be coming here again also the hot chocolate peppermint didn’t taste good no flavor at all tasted like plain old hot water

3rd time within 2 months they’ve gotten a simple “Plain and dry” burger with just meat and cheese wrong. Disappointed i wouldn’t think its hard to read a screen that says “just meat and cheese” guess its easier to put everything on the burger right? Bunch of high teenagers

Don’t waste your time at this McDonald’s. No one works there. Everything is done thru a kiosk. No fountain machines, you have to ask for a refill if you can find someone. Food is cold and not put together well.

I don’t like the machine ordering, people will say order at the counter. Well great idea Einstein is to bad that the 2 or 3 employees running the whole store don’t have the time to do so. Fries cold and soggy. Can we have real stores back? I’ll just drive the extra few miles to the one in Santa Fe,TX. From now on, unless I’m just driving through.
