I’ve been to this Islands multiple times now with my family. Always friendly servers and hostesses! Environment is great for a dinner night out at a restaurant with kids. They always have the crayons with the kids menu activities. And the food is always delicious. The Kilauea burger is number one, but they have a lot of other good choices too. Also always good beer on tap and plenty of ranch for the fries!

We were on our way to the cinema and I was really craving a burger and there it was – Islands, just by the movie theatre. We went it, ordered some sweet potato fries, lettuce wrap burger and soda. Good service, delicious food, and decent portion size. Overall really good

With tons of parking and a clean and spacious dining area, it is a solid choice for burgers, tacos and drinks. Don’t forget they have delicious cheese fries!
Staff are friendly and accommodating.
There are many TVs throughout that allow you stay up to date with your favorite sports teams or catch a movie about surfing.
The island vibes are always chill.
Remember to tip well.

Upon arrival my husband and I were immediately greeted by the hose and sat at a small booth, it was a very snug fit so I asked to be moved to a more comfortable table. We were then were sat at a more comfortable table for us. Our server Emmy came to our table with napkins and coasters and asked us what we’d like to drink. I ordered a root beer and my husband ordered a coke. I had a coupon for a free order of chips with guacamole and salsa, so I presented that to the server. She entered my code in and brought us our drinks and gave us a few more minutes to decide what we’d like to eat. Our server brought us the chips and took our food order. I ordered the Yaki tacos and my husband ordered the Kilauea burger with fries. We really liked the chips with guacamole and salsa, although the guacamole needed a little more salt(which we added ourselves). Our dinners came out scattered, which I did not like. My husband’s fries and burger came out atleast 5 minutes before my tacos. My husband liked the fries and his burger, he says he’d definitely get it again. My Yakima tacos were very good, although I wish there was more chicken and more teriyaki sauce in them. You could tell all the ingredients was very fresh, which we appreciated. On our way out, I did see a few tables that still looked like they hadn’t been cleaned up and that was unappealing. Overall it was a good experience and we’d definitely come back again. It was a decent price and alot of food, we even took home alot of our dinners and chips too.

My cousin and I had a delightful lunch at one of our favorite burger places. Michael, our server, was not only friendly but also incredibly accommodating. I ordered the Mainlander Salad, a refreshing choice, and my cousin had the chicken wrap with sweet potato fries. We both relished our meals and the top-notch service, leaving us with a satisfying dining experience.

Islands has great burgers, beers, and cocktails with a Hawaiian/surf/beach theme. Portions are large and satisfying. Our server was very attentive and helpful. We had the Malibu and Hula burgers and both were perfectly cooked. This location is also good for watching sports. Highly recommend.

This is a great meeting place for friends and family, not too noisy and the food is fantastic! They have a wide selection for all types of meal plans – salsa and chips are perfect and the mango drink was delicious! Our waiter kept bringing refills so we each took a full container to go.

Was greeted when we walked in the door. The young greeter helped us find a table instead of a booth. We were created with a smile feim out wait person. Got our drinks quickly . Then, we took our orders, all with a smile. Food came out in a good amount of time. Waitstaff, keep checking in on us. Check came. we gave her thank you rocks , she was very grateful . Generous tip was given and deserved even penny. What a great eating experience.

We went to Islands a lot before pandemic. And this time, I found they changed their menu so we went back to give a try. Their foods are kind of typical bar foods, but their burgers are super delicious. Their cocktails are tasty as well. They are definitely better than regular bar foods. We both ordered burger. But they didn’t cook the burger patty right, since we orders medium or medium rare, but they cooked both very well done. I still loved the flavor but my husband sent the burger back. The staffs were really helpful and returned a perfect medium rare burger back very quickly, and my husband loved it. We will go back for sure for some casual dinners.

Came for dinner around 18:45, returning after being away for almost 8 years. This was a favorite back then. The atmosphere and environment hasn’t changed. It’s the same look and and showings on the TVs (sports game, and surfing/snowboarding/ skiing clips). Their beer is new to me, so I got their flight. The Wheat Wave ended up being my favorite out of their three brews. The food hasn’t changed much. I ordered the Malibu with truffle fries. My wife ordered the Kilauea with sweet potato fries. Our fries came out hot and fresh about 20 minutes after ordering. Our burgers about 50 minutes, which we ended up taking to-go because of the long wait for it. Eating the burger at home, it still had the good flavor, which I remember from the past. The service was below average. We had to ask for things for our fries more than once, and never got topped off on our waters while waiting. Never got up real updates on our burgers after getting our fries other than that they are coming. I’ll come back for the food, but not likely dine-in; just do take-away.
