Just an average Papa John’s. I’ve picked up from here a number of times and my order was correct and pizza was good. I gave it 4 stars because one of the days I went to pick up there was only 2 workers and they were swamped. Folks were waiting in the store to get their orders. One could easily complain but I could tell both workers were working efficient and trying their best to keep people happy. They kept a good attitude.

Changing from a 5 to a 2. Busy night of activities for the family put In an order around 6:30 on a Tuesday, it was supposed to be delivered around 7:15 at the latest. At 7:15 we we receive a call saying they are out of dough! Why weren’t we notified immediately?! Looking at all the negative reviews and I can immediately tell mgmt/owners don’t care. Would have left a 1 but the pizza is good IF you can get it. I am not likely to return.

I am a fan of the crust , butter sauce and topping quality. I did deduct a little because my large 1 topping had several slices to where the pizza had multiple crust bubbles. Giants taking up half the pizza. I observed the others coming from the oven with the same thing. High heat usually does this but they have a popper to nip that in the bud. I know its minor. But to me it’s a deal breaker from a quality control perspective. Aside from that smelled clean and appeared to be as well. I approve the open space format as well. So in total , it’s a fine place to get a quick pizza with they’re own unique sauces and style. Will eat again sporadically!

We don’t live in Gardner, but if we are passing through on a pizza night, we order from this location rather than the location closer to home. The manager is beyond kind and helpful. The quality and atmosphere are always great, and the wait is never long.

Got 2 pizzas for dinner last night. 1 bbq and 1 Philly cheesesteak. First and last, bbq chicken barely had any chicken on it, same with the steak, the steak had an old bad flavor, made me sick over night, and prace to god didn’t have that much meat on it, would of made me even more sick, the cheese had also a bad flavor. It’s too bad to have to type a bad review, but $46 dollars and had poor sleep made me do this unfortunately.
