Food was good from drive through. Waited about 10min for the vehicle ahead of us, him & cashier were visiting/chatting that long.Then, we observed their billboard sign which was disturbing. I did message corporate to inform them and ask what it was pertaining to and and why? It should be removed immediately, it’s inappropriate.

Ordered a decent amount of food for $30. Literally everything was cold. Not a single item was even warm at all. This location is just getting worse and worse. The food that was served to me was definitely expired and should of been discarded not served to a customer, I would know as I worked at this location many years ago. The only thing that was decent was the fountain drinks. This is unacceptable and I can see why they don’t give you or ask if you want a receipt.

I hope the general manager is reading these. I stop frequently and the service is always extremely slow, but they are friendly enough that it was tolerable. Today however, I pulled up to the drive-thru at 10:00 a.m. with no response. Three cars in the parking lot. Drove by and looked through the drive-thru window and saw nobody inside although there was clearly people inside having set up for the day. Front door was locked. No signs or anything to explain why and if they were closed. Pretty ridiculous.

Whoever the GM for the location is needs to be talked to or something. Spent time putting together an order over helping me at the front counter. Even stared at me like I was a nuisance to her. Seems snappy when she took my order. Looked very unprofessional, like she spent last night drinking and drove to work hungover and doesn’t want to work. Then as I was leaving she was arguing with one of her employees, in front of customers. One customer even had a child under the age of 10. A general manager can’t act like that. Fire her because she obviously doesn’t want to work at Wendy’s

They had one worker, earlier today, trying to do the drive through and everything else, all alone. Wont be back. It’s wrong to overwork few employees. Won’t be back. I wont give business to selfish companies who treat their workers so poorly.

The food was good, which is to be expected, but the employees were rude.
The ketchup dispenser was out of ketchup. When I was picking up my tray, I asked if I could have a few packets of ketchup. The employee said the dispenser was over there and pointed to it. I said it was empty and she picked up packets of ketchup and threw them down on to my tray.

Do not get the New Chicken Tenders… gross, dry, flavorless, and the breading was hard in spots, cost me $8 after tax and they were gross, don’t buy them. Got the Bacon fries and there was too much cheese, bacon seemed microwaved. Wendy’s should stick to burgers and fries.

I wish there was zero stars…we arrived in there,I almost fell,because floors were very slippery,manager was mopping instead of fixing the broken soda machine.she refused to give us soda from the back that we heard her say through the drive thru.then she never gave us most of what we ordered.she also never gave us a discount or to take soda off the order.really not impressed with the food either…it was cold and tasted half cooked.
