Nope… not anymore. We used to LOVE this location. Thought the last time was surely a one off with the bad attitudes and cold food. But two times in a row just shows a shift in management… a shift for the worst. No prob. We’ll still go to Wendy’s for sure. Just not this location.

Went to drive thru with small order, 2 sour cream and chive baked potatoes with a $6 biggie bag. Get home to find no sour cream or butter for the potatoes. Guy that handed me the bag, I overheard him talking to other workers him teasing I wanted to order broccoli and cheese potatoes and said he never even heard of that, what a joke! Well there are Wendy’s in other states that has a variety of ways you can order , he could google it. Maybe it was before his time. I like potatoes but not without the sour cream and butter at least. Dry bland potatoes is what I got here.
Be sure to ask for napkins because you dont get those either. I will not be coming back to this location. Btw, this was not a busy time for them to forget, I think they should be trained better.

VERY loud, yelling at eachother and too busy flirting to even say youre welcome when i said thank you. the lady there
was yelling really loud and even when they closed the window we could here her still flirting with the boys in there not to only blame her the boys were very loud too. they need to learn some work ethic and start scheduling their flirting for when theyre on break.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! GO ELSEWHERE!
You can’t really expect much from fast food these days but the bar is extremely low at this location. I ordered 2 of the 4 piece Chicken Tenders and had to wait 15 minutes for them. Really? 15 minutes for tenders that do not take anywhere near that long to fry? This was also around 11:20pm and only 2 other cars came through the drive thru so they were not busy.
To top it all off, they forgot my ranch so I had to go back through the drive thru to ask for it. When I mentioned that I wasn’t given my sauce, the immediately got an aggressive attitude with me. Then when I pulled up to the window, they slammed 2 ranch cups into my hand and slammed the window shut. So not only were they extremely rude and unprofessional, they also jipped me on sauce. 1 ranch cup is not enough for an order of 4 tenders. So they literally only gave me half of my sauce.
Oh and the icing on the cake? I also ordered 2 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers and the beef was old, cold and dry. It had clearly been sitting for a long time because it wasn’t even warm enough to melt the cheese. And you know the burgers sat for the entire 15 minutes that it took them to cook my chicken. Plus they wouldn’t give me a receipt either. Take your business elsewhere. They do not deserve it here.

Went inside to get faster service and even though there was no one in front of me. All the staff ignored me continuing to fill to go pick up orders and drive thru. Crazy terrible service.
Update. I just left didn’t even order. The guy next to me who had been waiting for his food and still hadn’t got it when I left said he had been waiting for 20min already.

Drive through consistently forgets your fries and will not give you a receipt (they dont ask either)
Always check before leaving the window.

I have been here a few times and the quality of food is ok and service is fine. Today I ordered a Caesar salad and half the salad had rotten lettuce which is just not acceptable. I gave an extra star because the other times I have been here getting other menu items was not so bad.

Slowest Wendy’s ever! Most times I go to this particular it’s a wait. I don’t understand why this one is so slow, but most days it’s at least ten minutes in the drive thru before you get to the speaker! I went there for breakfast today, only to sit in the drive thru for a half hour and when I got to the speaker I was told they weren’t serving breakfast anymore! When I complained, all I got was, ” bruh, I got a full dining room…..etc.” I’m still trying to figure out how a half hour wait in the drive thru is acceptable………

Every time I order inside, I stand there at the register, waiting, for a good few minutes before anyone takes my order. Numerous employees walk passed the register and make eye contact, & continue on. & I’m just there to get s frosty, so it’s pretty clear that I don’t need a moment to look over the menu.
