Slowest place EVER if you order in person or counter service. This location only focuses on the drive thru. I ordered through the app for counter service. I wanted to come to wash my hands as I just pumped gas at QT.
20 minutes later I got my food. I watched countless drive thru orders being prepared and given to window service. I won’t be back!!!!

Everytime we go here (because it’s literally the closest one to me) the large fries are NEVER full. They never give sauce in the bag until you ask for it and then they won’t give you more then two even if you have multiple orders.

I went to this location at 9:08 p.m. today. I wouldn’t have a rat go eat at this McDonald’s. The food was overcooked someone deliberately smashed all of our sandwiches. Tasted awful. Had to call the corporate office. The sad thing about it is that I spent $45.61

This location is by far the absolute best!!! The service is amazing and a pleasure to come here. The food is always hot and fresh. Hats off to the managers for putting together an amazing team of customer service people and the kitchen staff who obviously take pride in the products they serve. Needed a meal for several people and needed something quick. Ordering at the kiosk is easy, the food is cheaper and you know what you’re going to get. Manager gave me our food for takeout and was friendly.

These people are poor examples of customer service. I arrived at the location 20 mins prior to closing and sat in the drive thru for 10 mins with no acknowledgment at all. I went to the window and they ignored me. I drove back through the drive thru and still nothing. They just started their closing duties to get out of there, I guess. They decided they didn’t want any more customers is my assumption. Didn’t expect much from this group anyway based on prior experience.
