I’m starting to rethink my food choices. I’m not a huge fast food person but I was in a pinch so I gave Taco Bell a try. While the service was fairly quick, almost every table was dirty. I found one and did a quick clean. Food was well fast food. It was ok. The women’s bathroom was atrocious. It was past nasty. I think maybe this place runs on a skeleton crew. Whatever the issues are, they need attended to. Soap dispenser didn’t work. I fixed that.

We stopped at the this Taco Bell while on the way north on 69. Not sure if the drive thru was super busy or if they were working on pick up orders but we dined in and it took a moment to get our food. Had to stand and wait because it seemed our items came out one at a time. We managed to find a clean table to have lunch.

I’ve been here many times, but only because it’s close and easy. However, many times they will not get the order correct, often missing items or adding items to tacos when not requested (e.g. adding chicken on top of beef for soft tacos). I will usually deal with the incompetence here, as it’s generally not a big deal. The reason for the review, and final reason I’ll never re-visit this restaurant is due to my most recent experience of pulling a full 18” long piece of hair out of the bottom of a taco, almost as if it were placed there strategically. Gross negligence plus incompetence.

I’ve been here twice and both times I’ve had an issue. I am a driver, so I passed several Taco Bell’s before I chose to take a break & give this 1 another chance. I have no idea why they think customers pay $6 for dough, not TACOS but dough because they didn’t put anything in them. They’re so flat, NO ingredients can be seen from the top or sides. I’ve had 1 thicker than these tacos. I will never understand what the deal is. I know 1 customer doesn’t matter these days but I suppose I’d have a little more pride in what I sent out that drive up window.
My first visit, several months ago, consisted of them putting so much cheese on my Mexican pizza it wouldn’t melt, caused it to be cold and she gave me a “diet” Mt. Dew, when I ordered regular. She assured me she put in regular, but my receipt said “diet” after looking at it. Lesson learned, STOP at 1 of the other Taco Bells. She did fix the pizza & drink, no problem, but I still am on a break (driving a company car with logo) & don’t have time for re-makes every visit!! Yesterday’s TACOS from the TB in Geist was FABULOUS…these were FRUMPY unfortunately
**Update after comment from T.B. I forgot to upload the pics I took that night of the trash & my hollow taco. Considering I’M A DELIVERY DRIVER for a pharmacy!! I am constantly in the weather elements (rain, wind, sunshine).
I agree, it was a couple bags but it would’ve only took all of 3mins to run out and pick up. The parking lot, trash, etc speaks volumes to customers. They will choose another restaurant instead of maybe coming to YOUR TACO BELL, which does have an impact on the community of Daleville. It’s employment opportunities, convenient, revenue and the people traveling through who need REFUELING to continue safely while traveling. I live in a community where a White Castle went out of business, because of their QUALITY. In fact, I did a review on here about that particular White Castle, so seeing them go was not a surprise.
Here’s a picture of the tacos I received that night. I would’ve liked to have the QUALITY of food that was sent out the drive up window mentioned. However, I get without actually seeing what I received, that could’ve been difficult. I hope my review along with the updated images are helpful.

I was wanting Taco Bell, asked my husband to get me a Mexican pizza with sour cream and 2 hard taco supremes. So long story short we are eating and I find there was plastic in my Mexican pizza. I called and talked to the manager and then drove to Taco Bell in Daleville, IN. She was nice about it but I really don’t understand how this happened in the first place.

Out of large cups, not a big deal.. but the Pepsi tastes off.. like the mixture of syrup to carbonated water is wrong. They got my order wrong, but it’s on me for not noticing it on the screen. What really made me regret coming here was that she handed me a drink with the lid covered with soda and it spilled all over the car and me. That’s a first for me. I wouldn’t come back to this location.

I came in the drive thru and the manager at 1PM on Labor Day proceeded to call me a liar and berate me over them forgetting my burrito the night before and me accidentally calling the Anderson store. I was just so baffled she had the audacity to call me a liar on the speaker like that. Worst service I’ve ever had here smh.

Waited 30 minutes for our food after we got our drinks. Had an employee try to tell my husband when he went to see where our food was that our order didn’t go threw (after we already had our drinks given to us). Finally had a manager come up and look at my receipt on my phone and say she couldn’t refund all of my money because it was “too much” so she tried messaging her GM to see if she could at least refund me half. Was able to get a partial refund and our food so I do appreciate their efforts to make it right. The food was fresh, the place was clean, the staff tried to be accommodating. It was just an inconvenience that we had to wait 30 minutes for food.
