On Friday 11-14-2025 My husband was having a medical emergency as he’s a diabetic …in the Drive-Thru… His blood sugar was so low. He didn’t realize he didn’t have any candy in the car … So he pulled over to Taco Bell…He was on the verge of passing out… He needed an open drive thrub at this point of the emergency…. He had money to pay and the woman at the register refused to take his money as it was a higher domination… He was expressing that he was having a medical diabetic emergency and it required simply anything at that moment to eat or drink… Instead of helping him, she contacted the police…. Girl you do not need to be working there…. When someone is telling you they’re having a medical diabetic emergency you help them… What a horrible employee to have! And I WILL be calling corporate first thing this morning…. Y’all about to hear it from me…. This location has mental health issues… Look what took place when we visited last time IN AUGUST. I bet it’s the same exact chick too…
To the young lady that was working the window at about 10:45 – 11:30 on August 23 2025 WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?! if you don’t like your job get a different one. Attitude problem and gave us 6 sauce packets for over TWENTY TACOS. when we SPECIFICALLY asked you for a handful. We were the DD’S for a group and they requested taco bell. You assured us there would be lots of sauce. Why would you not only be a snot to us but not give us what we asked for?! Called today on the 24th and the morning manager could have cared less and gave the excuse that SOMEONE was SICK and trying to leave. Like WHAT?! GO HOME IF YOUR SICK YOU’RE DEALING WITH FOOD. I’m always polite to food industry workers and I even tip people at times for what they do even at fast food and especially when I roll through late. Well girlie you missed out on 20.00 tip last night. Not a smart move. DO BETTER.

Having had mistakes from this location before, we usually check to make sure we have the correct number of items at least. With the proper packaging for the items we ordered i was satisfied. Long story short the pictures show a “crunch wrap supreme no tomato”. Is the lettuce, sour cream, and hard shell now invisible??

They open at 6:30 so I showed up at 6:45 and they told me their breakfast wasn’t ready yet. So I sat there to wait then they told me to come back thru in 5 minutes because it “messes up their window time”. Maybe if they were ready when they are SUPPOSED TO BE AT 6:30 it wouldn’t be a problem. Now I’m late to work because you guys hired a staff that’s incompetent of showing up to work on time.

Items were missing from my order. I pulled back through the drive through 1 minute later and was told I was creating a back up in line. Apparently when the restaurant staff can’t do their jobs correctly and give the customer their order the first time they say it’s then the customers fault for asking them to correct their mistake the second time. In addition I was also questioned with the staff saying I must not have ordered the item, presenting the receipt showing the item was ordered again showed them they were in the wrong.

This location is always so far behind on all orders including mobile and Grubhub. Pretty much every time, they’re just starting your order at the end of the pickup window and there will be no customers. Unsure how this location stays open

This is the Taco Bell close to my house so we stop by there sometimes, it has recently gone downhill. We will frequently not get what we ordered, ingredients are left out, some food has even tasted rotten. I’m not sure what happened but I hope they get back to normal soon.

The order taker read back my customizations back and everything was correct on the receipt. Upon receiving my food, I had order a 5layer with creamy jalapeño added with extra nacho cheese and to have the burrito grilled. There was so much creamy jalapeño the burrito was extremely messy. It would have been okay if the burrito was grilled as requested. I went in to get my burrito fixed and the employee who handed my order was polite and went to talk to management to get it fixed. However the manager who originally made the food said I was wrong and that she made it correct the first time. But remade the food with some attitude behind it. I watched as the burrito was made and watch more than the two pumps of nacho cheese was added and more than the appropriate amount of creamy was added to the burrito. Again a very messy burrito, however this time it was grilled and everything was able to remain inside the burrito. The manager after finishing the burrito dropped the bag in front of the crew member to hand to me instead of apologizing themselves. Highly disappointed in the friendliness of management at this restaurant and if I was still working for Ryanne back at North, I would never have handled a situation like that.

Drive thru employee dropped money i gave heri nto void between car and her window. Then she became angry telling me i dropped the money and I better pick it up or get more money. I couldn’t open my door enough to get an arm out even. And I refuse to pay again, so asked for manager. When manager came the window employee said I dropped money and was giving her a hard time. Unbelievable, I calmly explained to manager what happened and she was good. But its been 3 days and I am still angry concerning this employee and unfortunately it’s a convenient location for me to use often. But I won’t go back, and that inconvenience annoys me!
