Order using the app. I had a coupon buy 1 get 1 for $1 breakfast sandwich. I only received 1 sandwich. I had to go back threw the drive through. They tried charging me again for the sandwich they forgot. I had ordered 2 egg mcmuffins. I only received 1 and the other was a sausage mcmuffin. They totally screwed up an easy order. It also took up my time going through the drive threw twice

I’m going to give you a one and I’ll tell you why! While the conditions outside are absolutely nasty right now you would think ordering two 10 piece meals you would absolutely receive your sauce packets, right? Well not at this McDonald’s! You will pay for your meal and get all the way home to find in fact there is no sauce. Now I what your thinking I should have checked the bag right?! But if your only job at the window is to check the bag please at the very least CHECK THE BAG! This is what they get paid $15 hour for! And miss me with all the well this and well that! It was not busy and they could have very well given me all the items I asked for! Today I am most definitely that person!

I want to say thank you to Drew. I was standing in line for 15mins me and another gentleman a lot of the workers would look at us and not say a thing even tho we tried to get there attention Drew noticed and came right over started to help both of us out. I was going to leave a bad review but thankfully someone that cared about the customer was working today. I know it was busy even a simple one moment would of been enough.

Is this location no longer doing the Monopoly game stuff? I got food today and only got what I did to get some of the stickers. They still have the signs up so at this point it feels like false advertising. I’m definitely disappointed.

80% chance they forget part of your order. Place has been screwing up orders for 20 years. Should be stripped of their franchise. Make sure you inspect your entire order even after you wait 15 minutes.

The playground was nice unfortunately it was to cold that the children didn’t wanted to stay and play. I asked one of the employees why the playground was that cold. He told me that they had no control of the temperature in the playground. The the least any parent wants is getting the kids sick for being paying there for few minutes.
Hopefully they do something about it.

I do want to point out, the front desk lady who helped me was fantastic, she was super friendly and even offered to help me with anything else I needed. I believe her name was Sherlie. Well I’m surely glad she helped me, what a nice person.
The food was quick and my custom order was correct. Left nothing to be desired. The decor in this restaurant is a bit boggy or weird for my taste (as pictured) but I didn’t mind. I don’t come to McDonald’s for the flowers I come to get an affordable hamburger. But hey do you MacDonalds, do you.

They have the freshest, hottest, food! Especially at lunch! Reliably so! The midland McD’s don’t stand a chance to the freshness they offer! The fries and nuggets are almost always hot, at the very least very warm! HOT POTATO… Literally! No cold fries here! Make sure to grab a salt packet (add to your order, grab yourself inside, or ask in the Drive-thru when handed your order). They sometimes forget to salt the fresh hot fries (approx 40 – 50% of the time)!
They do make mistakes (who doesn’t?) but they’re spot on with my order 95% of the time!
If there’s anything you take from this review… Please let it be: “USE THE MCDONALD’S PHONE APP”, their deals / loyalty points will save you a lot of $$. I wouldn’t recommend Wendy’s or a lot of others. They save you some serious money! The McDonald’s app in the drive-thru also saves a lot of time. You roll up say just your mobile app order code. You can skip the first drive-thru window if you don’t need your receipt (you should have it digitally anyway… so why bother?).
The main caveat to the fresh hot food is you might have to wait a little longer for your food. In the Drive-thru that means one of their parking spots for a couple of mins (avg 3 min, 5 min max in my experience). Totally worth it in my opinion, understand if that’s a deal breaker for others.
Using the Drive-Thru and McDonald’s mobile app should save you enough time to make up for your 3 min wait for hot fresh fries / nuggs 😀
