I just wanted a quick meal… sat at the bar, waited for service and placed my order with the bartender, after waiting 20 minutes, I asked where my food was, when the sandwich arrived 5 minutes later, it was cold, and looked like crap.
What a joke.
Another person sat down next to me waited 17 minutes. Nobody acknowledged them so the guy got up and left. They weren’t even that busy.

If you’re looking for the perfect spot in Watertown to catch the game and have a great time, this is it. This Buffalo Wild Wings is conveniently located right on 9th Ave, so it’s very easy to find. The atmosphere is always high-energy with plenty of screens and a great sports vibe throughout the restaurant. Our server was incredibly attentive and quick, even though the place was pretty busy. The wings came out piping hot, and the sauces were spot on! It’s a fantastic location for both hanging out with friends or grabbing dinner with the family on the weekend. We will definitely be back.

We stopped by here yesterday ( Friday 12/26) at 2:30pm. It took at least 10 minutes to be seated.(the guy who seated us acted like he hated his job. I think he was the manager because he had a grey shirt on vs what the servers were wearing.) After being seated, It took 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged that we even existed. Finally, a waitress explained that our server is training and it’s his 2nd day, but she’ll take our drink orders, which was no problem at all. She dropped off our drinks 10 minutes later and said that our server will be right over. We waited and waited, finally 15 minutes later, she came back and took our order. (We never saw her after that.). Someone came by and filled our drinks while we were waiting for our food, which took over 30 minutes, which was finally delivered by the cooks. We never received silverware until 5 minutes after on food arrived. We were also missing marinara for our chicken parm sandwich, sauce for our chicken strips, and ranch which we ordered. The cooks got everything we needed, not our server. We were never asked how our food was, our drinks were never refilled again, and no one cleared our plates after being done for over 15 minutes. I had to flag someone down for our check and to get to-go boxes. When we got our bill, there was two extra drinks on it, which we didn’t order. The guy in the gray shirt fixed that for us.
The only positive experiences were that the food was good and the cooks that delivered our food were friendly.

Terrible experience. Food(wings and fries) had seasoning on the bottom of plate-not on food. Service was slow. Bartender was nice enough. If youre looking for fast service and good food, just go down to Applebee’s

We thought we’d stop in looking for some juicy flavorful wings, and were extremely disappointed. Everything from the greeting to the food wasn’t worth our time, or money.
The greeter was ok, but the server hasn’t been trained how to take care of customers. She wasn’t friendly or helpful.
When the wings arrived, not much if a wait, they looked like Walmart frozen nuggets. The breading was dry, and the meat was too. Also, was barely warm. Ni veggies were included either. When someone checked in us, I asked about the veggies and she said, “Oh, you have to ask for them.” Like this is something we should know when we placed our order. I probably should have complained when the manager came by, but I didn’t think it’d help anything, and really didn’t want new wings that wouldn’t be worth eating.

Hard to believe this location stays in business with how woeful the table service is here in the bar area. Just staggeringly bad, from being waited on to table clearing to replenishing drinks to even getting the bill right. Nothing about any part of the service here was even close to acceptable, and the best part is none of the 3-4 staff we interacted with seemed like it was anything out of the ordinary. Like you’re crazy if you don’t think you should be doing their jobs for them. Amazing.

We came in for an early dinner and arrived after they were probably cleaning up from the lunch rush. We were able to get seated quickly and the waitress did great taking care of our table and a few others while also cleaning up and seating people. Layout is the same as any Buffalo Wild Wings. We always say they give out less fries everytime we eat at any location. Food was good. Some of us tried the new chicken sandwiches and they were good. Bathrooms were decent. They ran out of silverware so they brought us some plastic utensils. Not a big deal since most of us didn’t really need utensils and the ones who did were for salad or Mac and cheese. Overall, we enjoyed the meal.

My service was great, the bartender was phenomenal, I think her name was Desiree. However the manager Jamie, I think she had purple hair, was so rude and disrespectful to the staff. I was sitting at bar rail and multiple times she was yelling or talking disrespectful to the servers. Multiple times I saw servers almost in tears because of her. I was only here for an hour and a half, this honestly makes me not want to come back.

I was ignored for ten minutes at the host station with at least 3 people walking by me. So no idea how food was walked out went to Applebee’s next door got seated with in 2 min of walking in.
