This location has no spa dispenser.
Dirty, bro. At least put a soap bag in there or somethin. One bottle of dial is like 2.15 at the store.
Nothin wrong with the service, I mean it’s Richmond, but damn. No soap. Bags on the urinals.
For such a busy place you’d think they’d have money for the basics.

I had the worst experience ever at this McDonald’s. I was in the drive-thru with two friends, each of us placing separate mobile orders. When we provided our three different order codes, the staff refused to take the third one without giving us any explanation and made me go inside to resolve it.
Once inside, the woman in the photo refused to give me the order and even canceled my friend’s orders with no explanation. At no point were we told why this was happening. It felt completely unfair, frustrating, and honestly, discriminatory. We were speaking Spanish amongst ourselves, and at this point, I can’t help but wonder if that’s why we were treated this way.
I returned to the drive-thru to ask for clarification and request a refund (which I never received), but still got no answers. We asked to speak to a manager, only to be told there wasn’t one available and close the drive-thru window on my face.
This level of disrespect and lack of accountability is unbelievable. I left angry, confused, and extremely disappointed. No one should be treated this way

Teacher Key tag for a drink with purchase. McDonald’s gives every year a key tag for teachers that they can use no restrictions. You just have to make a purchase . Today I went to this McDonald’s on Chamberlayne Ave Richmond Va and they said “oh we only do that on Tuesdays”. I think that is tacky especially when the key tag does not state that is a being a restriction. They did not have it posted anywhere if you’re gonna do something do it don’t go halfway You just lost the customer.

Waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Drove off after getting my food, only to realize they game me 2 plain cheeseburgers. They are suppose to have ketchup, mustard, onion, and pickle on them but I got a burger on a bum with a piece of cheese. Im sorry but making a cheeseburger really isnt rocket science. This just reminded me why I stopped eating McDonalds.

why, why can’t the crew member put what you requested in the bag? why don’t they check the orders before they give it to the customer? Why didn’t I check to see if everything was there?.. This time, it was the grape jam that was missing. I can understand if they were busy, but @ 6:35 in the morning. Good thing I was on my way home. At the least the sandwiches were fresh.

This McDonald’s was amazing. They serve breakfast till 11 AM on Sunday. My Egg McMuffin tasted delicious and the service was fast and friendly. This is definitely one of the better ones in the area. The one north of here was so disorganized I walked in and walked back out and drove to this one.

I have door-dashed and uber eats from this location several times, due to the fact that l work long hours, and will never eat here again. The fries are always cold, the burger is undercooked and pink on the inside, and the restaurant refuses to allow you to make special notes on your order. Probably because they know their cooking sucks.

Customer service is bad here. There are a few nice people, but overall this McDonald’s takes forever and they are rude.
