Against my better judgment, I went here instead of going to the much better Culver’s or Freddy’s for ice cream.
This is the second time that this has happened at this location.
There were 3-4 Cars in front of us and I ordered a peanut butter parfait. We waited and we got to the window and paid and she immediately handed the bag over, I instantly thought, dear God I hope this has not been sitting the whole time melting and it just explodes everywhere when I open the lid. I opened it literally right after we paid and that is exactly what happened. Why would you mix cold ice cream with very hot fudge and then just let it sit while you take 10 minutes to make other people’s food so then I had ice cream and hot fudge all over me in the car and I didn’t get to enjoy my dessert because the Ice cream was so melted. The photo is after I spent 4 minutes trying to clean up the mess. Thanks for wasting my time & money.

I try not to complain about simple mistakes made at fast food establishments but I came around 5:45 on 12/17/25 to get a rootbeer freeze. I’m really surprised to get a freeze filled with chunks of ice considering a float is literally icecream and soda blended together.. after spending $5 on a botched drink I’m pretty annoyed.

1/10/2026 Came in for 2 Doordash orders, both were completed (early) and I was greeted with a smile. Store was very clean and organized. For being slammed, everything was correct, everyone was working, there was no chaos and the management was helping out! I would love to take another thousand orders from this location. 5 stars all the way. Everyone deserves a raise!

This is a great DQ location. They have an awesome app order fulfillment with fast friendly staff. The food is excellent quality and the in app deals are the BEST! The burgers, chicken, and sweet treats are delicious!

i ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, but they gave me a regular. when i ask to replace it, they opened my sandwich and gave me the same one back,half opened. WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER , I even said thank you.

We needed a special cake for Mothers Day and my birthday, which we got last minute. Reeses Peanut Butter Cup ice cream cake. The following week was my brother’s birthday and he picked out a double chocolate brownie ice cream cake.

This place will close early if the workers feel like it. Posted hours say they are opened until 10. I pull up to the drive through at 9:40, wait 6 minutes for someone to take my order, and then I am told the kitchen is closed. When I asked if they were open until 10 like the hours stated I only got “The kitchen is closed.” In a short snarky voice. Apparently the workers think the posted close time is when they get to leave so they have to shut down and clean up earlier. No worries, plenty of other food options around that will gladly take my order.

Ordered a plain hamburger with a tomato
Received a half ripe and green slice of tomato on my sandwich.
Called the manager on duty, as I was not going to wait in a 30 minute drive thru line and the inside dinning room was closed
only to be told “maam that is a fresh tomato, I personally cut it this morning” really???
I will not return to this establishment again
Also no one was wearing a mask either.
Had to cut my own tomato from my home
