Why is it that EVERY SINGLE TIME I get the Mexican pizza it tastes like a moldy musky shell. At first I thought it was because the shells were old or stale but the one guy who works there told me it was because they didn’t change the oil. When it’s good it’s good but the last 5 times I ordered it, it was disgusting.

My group orders TB often for delivery. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to us and the apps won’t let us order from a better one. Our orders are consistently wrong, missing ingredients, or missing items entirely, almost every time. I’ve mentioned this to DoorDash so many times, they flag my request for review.
Specifically, today, I ordered the Flamin’ Hot® Grilled Cheese Burrito and received a grilled cheese burrito with ONLY refried beans, cheese, and sour cream. Refried beans isn’t even in the burrito I ordered. The main ingredients were all missing. And this happens almost every order!
Update 12/17/25 – Ordered again, the Steak & Poblano Rolled Quesadilla. We ordered 4 and not a single one included POBLANO??? How do you mess up that badly.

As someone who grew up loving Taco Bell, it makes me sad I have to write this review but it needs to be done. Honestly, I hope a manager or someone who actually cares will see it because this location was the worse experience I have ever had at a fast food. First off, the lobby was very unclean when we went in. I needed to wash my hands, and the women’s bathroom is really gross: the toilet makes an awful noise because it’s not buckled into the floor, there was what appeared to be blood splatter on the wall by the soap dispenser. The drink machine is new and fancy but the carbonation is off and every drink tasted not right. We ordered food from the kiosk and when we got it, the was something wrong with basically the entire order. And we were going to dine in and eat but it’s so nasty in there we went to the car, where we decided to just not even eat the food. It was 30.00 of money gone and I remember this Taco Bell being good a few years ago. Im not kidding, it was this bad.

Every time I go in, I have to ask for that all the food be made fresh and this instance when I said that they turned their back on me and started talking quietly and then I see the guy making the food throw it into the trashcan and go over and Make the Chalupa shell. Meanwhile, there’s trash all over the floor in the kitchen and one of the customers came up to me and said that they thought they heard one of the people say something derogatory toward me and when I confronted him on it, they denied it.

This is the third time in a row my order has been wrong and the second time my order has been stolen entirely. I don’t know what is going on at this place, but go to the next town over for Taco Bell or find somewhere else to go entirely. Not worth the hassle of opening your bag to find the wrong order because people can’t read

Stale taco shells, very rude and impatient cashier, food is cold, we only wanted cheese tomatoes and meat on our tacos, only has a trace of meat, a couple pieces of cheese, no tomatoes, seriously? Spending that kind of money and nothing is right? At least pretend to like your job, and one of the cooks looked at us turned around, coughed (without covering his face) and continued making food without changing his gloves or washing his hands, bet the health department would love a call.

I would like to take the time to acknowledge the night shift crew at this location. I am a delivery driver and come here multiple times daily. These guys (and ladies) go above and beyond to consistently put out a good product, always in a timely fashion and are always always working so hard anytime I come in, regardless of how late it is or how tired they are. They deserve to be recognized for this. I go to multiple restaurants every day so I feel I am in a good position to say that they are among the very hardest workers in our area hands down! Keep up the great work guys, I appreciate yall very much!!

Owners need to realize that when you can’t hire enough help to run the restaurant then it’s time to close. I love Taco Bell and I travel. The last 2 times I was in the area and came here to eat you couldn’t get waited on. You were forced to order at the kiosk, only one person in the restaurant knew how to print your receipt and he was too busy to do it. They set your food on the counter and walked off without even speaking. If they left something off you couldn’t get them to the counter to help. Time to shut it down I’d say.

Cinnamon twist taste nasty went up to talk to a worker and she was not friendly all she said was I can just give you another bag of them they need to change the oil and clean it out they taste like very old dirty oil. Also got a crunch wrap and it was very thin hardly had anything in it. I don’t think I will come back to this taco bell
