All this food is old!!! Pissed me off so bad getting home and opening up the box with nothing but old chicken that was soooo dry from being fried over and over. I waited in line 30 minutes no BS. I call and asked for a refund and they refused. but offer some food if I come back. Hell to the no… so I can get old chicken again! Nawww. Then the manager just sitting there on her phone refused to give her name or the store managers name. I won’t be going back. McDonald’s doesn’t even do me this dirty. Trifling.

Actually the worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had. Took me a good 30 minutes to get out of line with only two ppl ahead of me. Drive thru lady sounded like she was taking my order in a wind tunnel, stopped halfway through to go on a side quest, and kept messing up my order. When I got to the window, two employees handed me three separate bags of food at different times without the other knowing, and when I told them I already received my order and they gave me an extra one (trying to be helpful) the drive thru lady just waved me off in a rude manner (like bye drive away) and said they couldn’t take the bag back since I touched it. She was acting like I had the issue but I was just letting her know a mistake was made. I went through each bag to make sure I actually got the items I paid for, but she made me feel like I was taking up their time. All she said was that it was a “messed up day” as if that excuses her rude behavior??? Also I didn’t ask I just want my biscuits. Never getting that 30 minutes of my life back. Couldn’t even enjoy my food that was lukewarm bc of how off putting this experience was. The incompetence was baffling . Do better

Well there was no line at all. It was fast, and the food is delicious. I ordered the 3 pc Mild Tenders combo. There was a .50 up charge for the Mac n cheese, which was fine, but the portion leaves you wanting more. Same can be said about the mash potatoes and gravy with Cajun gravy. $3.49 and it’s a VERY small portion size. The tenders were perfect, though I received 6, and only ordered 3. Overall, a great dinner. I won’t knock them for giving me too much food, but I did let the manager on duty know, as this effects the bottom line.

So first off they didn’t have any of the pickle special, truck comes in tomorrow! Secondly I ordered a bacon swiss sandwich what I got was a plain chicken sandwich that tasted like flour. No bacon no swiss barely any mayo I took maybe two bites out of it, even with ketchup itt is so bad!! I tried calling the restaurant but no one answers the phone. I don’t recommend Popeyes to any one go to chick-a-fil-a way better service and food!

This is probably the best Popeyes location I’ve been to in the US. The chicken was perfectly cooked, the sides were really good, and the staff were very friendly. The dinning area is nice and cozy. It was a great place to spend my lunch break.

We went around lunchtime and it was VERY busy, long lines. You are only allowed to get five chicken sandwiches per order. The chicken sandwich was delicious though and the employees there are doing their best to keep up.

Food was fine, but I went to use the restroom and found it a mess. Pee on the floor and toilet seat, sink clogged with toilet paper and trash all over the place. I know it’s the customers fault. People who are unable to urinate correctly. And people who don’t think about the next people who need to go to the bathroom. So I cleaned up the mess so the next person won’t be stressed out with wiping off the toilet seat to sit down. I feel soooo bad for the ladies with the uni-sex bathrooms. Now they have to wipe pee off the seats when they go to the bathroom. I took a star off because the staff should be checking it’s cleanliness every half hour or so.

So I just went in to Popeyes right here on Hatch Road, in Modesto, CA. I got the three piece meal and my side was the mac & cheese. Chicken is fresh and delicious, and so is the butter biscuit. But the side of mac & cheese is very old, the cheese looks like it’s starting to turn! I’m pretty sure this was made early in the morning, it is now 1 in the afternoon. Also in the men’s restroom, the men’s soap dispenser the knob to dispense the soap is cracked and sharp if someone gets cut on that they could sue the place for negligence. Apart from all that, Popeyes is still bomb!

I ordered an online Mobil order and the doors to the dine in area were CLOSED so I had to go to the driveway for pickup which is RIDICULOUS!! The whole point of Mobil order The walk-in pick up your food and go not sit here and wait in line behind multiple other cars for an order that’s already ready and getting cold waiting for my arrival at the window. If I wanted to do that I would have just ordered at the window and done drive through and NOT have COLD FOOD waiting on everyone else in line. Nothing is more infuriating than going home and having to reheat ur ENITRE order in the microwave and drinking watered down soda because the ice had already majority melted waiting on them FOREVER to get their food to the people in front of me. On top of that if you’re going to go through the drive-through be prepared to wait forever because that’s how long it takes for them to get your order. When I got up to the window, the lady there didn’t even say hi hello or acknowledge my existence for about the first three minutes. She was too busy taking her sweet time stacking some cups and then when she does acknowledge my existence, she asks what my order is what I just told her in the drive-through and she proceeds to pick up a bag that’s been sitting right there next to the register THE WHOLE TIME when she could have just handed me my food, it would’ve taken one minute and let me be on my way instead of me, sitting there having to watch her stack cups. And perhaps what is most infuriating is that it was not even busy there was two cars ahead of me and one car behind me somehow I still spent 20 minutes waiting for my food. AND THEY DIDN’T EVEN GIVE ME THE FRIES THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO COME WITH MY MEAL, I didn’t realize that until I got home so of coarse I didn’t get food that I paid for. Plus my chicken sandwich only has one single pickle on it….so I only got pickle with my sandwich in two bites. AWFUL ESTABLISHMENT.
