Salvatore was out waiter and he was incredible! He suggested us so many items and we tried them all. Lobster salad, frutti de mare, red wine – everything was excellente!

La Salière delivers a true Mediterranean experience, from the food to the service to the atmosphere.
The ambiance is outstanding: chic Monte Carlo meets Amalfi seaside. Elegant, bright, stylish — but still relaxed in that effortless Italian way.
A huge credit goes to Michele, the General Manager, who brought his experienced team and Chef over from Monaco. You can feel the difference immediately. Service here is professional, warm, and polished.
Our server Claudio, part of that team, was fantastic: friendly, attentive, and genuinely knowledgeable about the menu.
As for the food, everything tasted authentically Italian. The risotto with seafood, agnolotti, fritto misto and the creamy Italian cake were all standouts, prepared with the simplicity and finesse that defines real Amalfi-style cuisine.
La Salière is exactly what Naples Florida has been missing: Somewhere that tastes and feels like you are eating at a high end restaurant in Naples Italy. Authentic, elevated, and already one of the best new dining experiences in the city!

Wonderful first visit. Claudio was very friendly and attentive. We loved being greeted with the complimentary welcome drink and delicious truffle pizza. We got the lobster salad special with bisque dressing, artichokes and ossobucco to share.

The food was so fresh and delicious! Christian, our server, was amazing and really took the time to educate us on the menu. I loved the aesthetic and the Italian music playing throughout the restaurant. The florals and seating were beautiful. The omelet was light and fluffy, and both the Ciao Bella and the Gin Fizz were so refreshing. I can’t wait to come back!

My friends and I had a really good meal at salieré and excellent service by Andrea. The artichoke appetizer and Greek style salad was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their entrées, including the pasta with black truffle, chicken Parm, which looked amazing. I had the salmon because the grilled prawn had already sold out, and it was really good.

Had a great experience at La Saliere and will definitely be recommending friends & family to visit. What a great addition to Naples cuisine.
I had the sandsone margarita and it was delicious and strong! I split the ceviche and kale salad with my brother, and only thing I would recommend is that they serve the ceviche with a few more chips!
Then I got the lobser pasta and oh my, it was beyond my expectations! It was incredible and I would return for that alone.
We didn’t have time to enjoy dessert but loved the drinks served at the beginning and the truffle pizza slices. The service was also top notch but we did wait for our food to get boxed up at the end, due to the restaurant becoming busier, but it seemed like a small thing compared to the rest of our service.
I loved the ambiance and the host girls were very friendly! I will definitely be back.
Edit: February 2026. Had another great night here, but after raving about the lobster pasta to my guests I was a little underwhelmed. The lobster tail was much smaller than it was on my previous dinner and there was less edible meat. I was also dissapointed the swtiched out the truffle table bread for brushetta, of which the toast was extremely crusty. If it was on soft bread it would have been fine. Im removing 1 star for the smaller portion on the lobster pasta.

It’s such a pleasant surprise to dine at the new La Saliere, brought me back to Italy. Great food and Italian wine selection . Our waiter Salvatore was very knowledgeable, great fun, and native of Sicily. We shared experiences, favorite Italian artists and songs ☺️✨

Such a great Italian spot in Naples! The food was delicious and tasted super fresh. Everything came out perfect. We came with our baby and toddler, and Ciro was amazing — super patient, kind, and so accommodating. He brought extra napkins, checked in on us, and made dining with kids feel easy. Went to their soft launch on Sunday. The decorations and atmosphere is beautiful with an indoor outdoor feel. The service made our night. Everyone was so friendly and our server, Andrea, was the best. She was friendly, never rushed us, and was extremely knowledgeable. The food was delicious. The dishes were perfect size and very flavorful. We will definitely return.

I went with a group of 5 people including myself, she accommodated us with personalized drinks and amazing food recommendations! Her espresso martini is the best I’ve tried in my life!!!
