Placed my order, when I tried to fill my drink, the Coke-Cola was empty. Went back to the cash register counter & told the drive through attendant what was wrong & ask him to fill it from the drive through machine. He was listening to the person ordering in the drive through & held up a finger for me to wait a minute. I wanted 3-4 minute and he was just standing there so I mentioned again about fill my cup with Coke. He looked at me like, “what? You want me to fill up your cup”? I just wasn’t very impressed at all with there customer service attitude. I also hate it when you take the time to park & go inside to order and then when they call your # & they have put your meal in a to go bag & not on a tray without asking me “dining in or out”. If i was going to get it to go then i would have went through the drive thru. Lets use our heads. The lighting inside didn’t seem very bright & made it look kinda dingy. To me. The outside light was even worse in the parking lot. Those are the reasons for me giving them lower marks.

The food is just okay but that’s where it ended today. The drive thru girl was negative and rude. The items for the meal are sold out or missing but the full price is still charged. No substitutions or discounts. When I asked about the sold out items I was rudely dismissed. I have had good service here before but today it was enough that I will go to Moore if I ever want this brand again.

Thursday evening. 4:45pm. Came in for a burger like I do pretty often, as it’s close and I don’t have to cook.
Guy working the cash register didn’t welcome me, barely managed to get my order, and then didn’t even put it on a tray, even though I was dining in. He just rolled his eyes when I asked to put it on one.
Coke machine was out. So I asked him to fill my cup for me, and let him know the coke was out. More attitude, more eye rolling.
Whoppers are pretty good, but they’re not good enough to be treated like a nuisance. Oh, did I mention the place is empty?
Looking around, none of the employees look like they’re happy to be here, including the 20 something that just walked in for his shift.
Too many food options close enough will have me second guessing my choice next time.
I should have gotten it to go.

It’s a great Burger King if you have kids because this is one of the few fast food places that still has a playground. Not only that, it is a two story, indoor playground and my 3yr old loves it.
Other than that, it is a typical Burger King and serves all the normal things. Kids have never complained about any of the food and I always think their fries are great.
So, if you like Burger King, go.

I went to this location and ordered a double crispy onion whopper. It was Sunday October 4th, while trying to enjoy my food. I start seeing roaches!! I was super shocked a norman restaurant would have roaches!!

I am getting really frustrated and continuously irritated with this location. The food is freezing cold, the order is wrong or missing items. The customer service is the worst (except one of the overnight lady managers) every time I come up here. They also have given onions every time I have asked for no onions. This is one of the only places that’s opened by my apartment. I don’t have many other options and I really like Burger King but I’m getting to the point where I don’t even want to keep going to that same location but the next nearest location is about 20 minutes away. This has happened more than ones or twice , it happens every time I go. Hopefully we can figure something out about this Burger King because I’m tired of having to get home after long day at work and try grab some food just to turn around and have to go back to Burger King because of the order being wrong or whatever else.

I usually go through the drive thur. Never had a problem with service or food. Maybe because all I can think of is the cheeseburgers I can not wait to eat! Sad that all these fast food restaurants have let things go downhill. Customers should always be happy and places should be very clean. Go through the drive thru. Pick a slower time. Hopefully you will get what you are craving.

Don’t come by this location unless you want half you’re order missing, overcooked chicken to the point of being inedible and fries that are still frozen somehow, I thought the frying was at least on a timer. They take their phone off the hook so you cannot call once their lobby is closed and the feedback tool is as useless as speaking into the wind.

The two women in the drive-thru/speaker have nasty attitudes. Food left much to be desired, nothing special. Burger was cold and put together sloppy but i guess i’ve had worse. Only good thing about it were the fries were hot and fresh but of course, not salted, so pretty bland.
