The coffee was almost to boiling point cause it set on the warmer to long. It gets that way along with distasteful coffee. I ask her politely for a fresh cup. She also started working on other orders while she hasn’t finished with me as she gets annoyed speaking in Spanish to the manger. The Manger comes and tells me the coffee fresh. They have 4 pots and she serve me out of one that was almost gone. I said can you just make a fresh pot. No they wouldn’t. What has happened to good service? Some still have good people services but definitely not here this morning on 02-13-26. 9:00am-9:40am. I have had good people services here. But not from them 2. Just stop arguing with the customers is a great start. Making a fresh pot of coffee would have been the ideal way for good services. Too, the cashier who was argumented with me was also cleaning with a rag and then came to serve me. No hand washing or nothing. She came straight to me after wiping down around coffee pot machine. They need training please. I’m not understanding what’s going on with the coffee but it was almost to boiling point. And if your coffee is to boiling hot it does mess up the taste of the coffee. That’s if this was fresh coffee. All I know is the coffee was distasteful.

I ordered a kids meal for my daughter. We rarely eat out but had a long day and decided to give her a treat. We visited this location on 11/16 around 9:05 pm. I checked her food as always and everything was refrigerator cold! Everything. Decided to toss that meal out and find something else for her to safely eat. Hot food should be served hot, she was so excited too until her burger was stiff and cold.

Good food. Good service. Nice little area that was easy to get to and had a good staff. It was super busy. Some homeless people needed help as as well. Over all a good place to stop if needed.

I ordered an Oreo McFlurry from this location. They did not mix my McFlurry at all, leaving all the toppings on top, and the rest just straight vanilla ice cream. That is not how it is advertised. I asked the young lady who served me, if she was able to mix it because it was made improperly. She replied to me, “Oh we don’t mix those after 9… or 8:30”. The time was 8:23pm. Nonetheless, that is still not how it is advertised either way, and I should be served how it is advertised and not be given straight vanilla ice cream with a few oreos topped on top of it. This is like the 5th time when I’ve ordered ice cream at this location that it has come like this, and this interaction was the first time I asked about it. Safe to say, I was disappointed. Things like this is what will make people stop ordering these things at McDonalds.

Love this newly remodeled McDonald’s in the White Oak Plaza in Garner. It has a really fun and comfortable design. I went there for coffee and a biscuit this morning and they got everything right. The iced coffee was exactly how it should be & the biscuit was baked perfectly. The bacon was also nice and crispy. No complaints. Fast and friendly service. Will definitely go back there soon.

This place is trash! I had to put in my own order, and then beg for a straw, ketchup, and a napkin, there were NONE of any out. The fries were only half full, the burger was dry and cold (they must have microwaved it to melt the fake cheese that I SPECIFICALLY deleted from the order). The tables are filthy, and employees are rude and act like customers are a nuisance. Never again will I visit this dump. Not worth the almost $9.. crazy!
