If I could give no stars I would! Pull up to speaker to wait over ten minutes to be told cash only no card. To pull around park and make a mobile order. To pull around and wait another ten minutes for HORRIBLE food! My cheesy Gordita crunch was no fully cooked . My steak street tacos were a joke. This location has seriously declined and the works at night don’t want to work! 12:25 am on 8/22!! Worst service ever!!!!!!! Will never be back to this location

Order is consistently wrong. Ordered on the app 20 mins prior- arrived and they said it will still be 15-30 mins. Why? Because there are 2 cars in front of us. I have NEVER been at a fast food restaurant that took this long. It is 2am on a weekday. Not even a weekend!

Hi, this is Ashley Barnes. I recently went into this Taco Bell and it was the best experience I think I’ve ever had in my entire life. The employees were honestly so nice. I could not have asked for a better experience and then when I finally got my food after a very, very short weight it was very efficient and fast. They gave me three cinnamon balls instead of the usual too. I felt like I was a very honored customer, and I also felt like they really appreciated that I came in one of the workers actually smiled at me and said you’re welcome when I said thank you for the food 10 out of 10

If you are going to be open but only doing door dash orders or cash only or card only please make it known before someone pulls into the drive thru by putting a sign on the fence. Waiting for a while in a drive thru line just to be told you can’t place an order is frustrating, and then on top of that you can be trapped in the drive unable to leave. Please figure out a better system.

Used to be fine but the last couple years the quality of how the food is made has decreased and the staff (apart from a few good times is abismal). I had someone tell me at 9pm I’d have to wait to place an order because they were switching out shifts….i asked you’re switching shifts now when you close in less than 3 hours? They told me they close at 4. They absolutely do not close at 4 and I saw a worker outside taking a smoke break . Another time couldn’t order drive thru because they were too understaffed

This is the WORST Taco Bell I’ve EVER been too. They say they’re open till 6 am but wouldn’t serve us food at 12:30 am. AFTER we waited for 15 minutes for them to be ready to serve us food. We pulled up after we waited the 15 AND said wait 10-20 MORE minutes AGAIN. They gave us EXPIRED coupons. EXPIRED. Lazy workers and terrible service. Made fun of us over the microphone on drive thru – do NOT go here. Worst Taco Bell ever.

The Mayfair road location has consistently been the worst Taco Bell in the area for years. Many of the negative reviews are correct. The evening is the worst. Closing early, not taking orders (system is down, out of food, short staffed, only mobile orders – it’s laughable), poor quality and customer service. The good managers and workers don’t stick around. If you’re going to be closed, at least turn the lights out. Shout out to the next closest location at Hwy 100 and National which has been on point for quality and customer service. I honestly can’t believe the Mayfair location is still open and that I continue to hope things will be better.
