First time there and we were very disappointed, first of all they don’t have any customer service experience. Food was ok but I can’t believe how watery the broccoli cheddar soup was (super watery) and so pricey and the pickle looks like someone took a bite! Not worth it but I wanted to give this restaurant a try but not anymore.

They haven’t gotten my order right in years. Over half of my order is always wrong, they leave out things they CHARGE FOR! Over 30 dollars for 2 meals with NO DRINKS and the quality of what you get is absolute garbage compared to a couple years ago. Whoever is managing this place these days must really hate their job and themselves. This was my last chance for this place, officially going to stop coming here for good.

Not worth it anymore! They bulk up the sandwiches with spring mix. Hardly any meat or avocado on our sandwiches. The two for meal is pricey for getting a quarter sandwich and a runny cup of broccoli soup. Corporations like this deserve to lose business if they participate in shrinkflation tactics. $25 for a two person meal and each of got got a snack worth of food. This was WAY better several months ago. The service was fit at least. Stop cheating out while raising prices! Could have gotten a better meal at Subway or Whataburger.

Food is so overpriced. I ordered a choose 2 asked for extra mustard and they put none. Bread was burnt and no bacon either in my McAlister’s club. Such a disappointment for the money it cost. When I went back in to let them know, the cook in the back yelled what did I want?! The manager was in the back too and said nothing. The girl asked please remake.

First time coming here after knowing about this location for several years. A fellow co-worker also told me that the food is really good; especially with him being a former employee of the franchise.

The chicken caesar salad was amazing! Also got strawberry lemonade which was very good. The waiters were extremely friendly and offered multiple times to refill my drink for free. Ordering was very easy and fast and there were so many good looking options, hope to go again soon!

The restaurant is clean the customer service is great the food is highly delicious and the management cares about your needs , they are cordial and show attention to you and ensure you are being served with high quality service . Not to mention this place offers discounts for military veterans which is amazing not even small businesses offer much discounts but to see McAlister’s offer it for veterans is amazing . Highly recommended try their sandwiches and salads and other menus items ! Great service the manager is on point and cares about customers , a member that works and is on the floor checking in shows me as a customer he is a carting ” Manager ” !

I just tried McAlister’s for the first time today. Ordered the “choose two” and got the Steak and Pepper and the New Yorker. They were both very delicious and generously-sized for half a sandwich. I haven’t tried many deli sandwiches in my lifetime so far but for what it’s worth, these are the best deli sandwiches I’ve ever had.
