Awesome food. Even better customer service. From being greeted at the front door to leaving out the door. The employee that took our order was super helpful. I am on a high protein diet, and he helped with pointing me in the right direction. We were checked on by several employees to ensure our first experience here was a good one! We will def be back when back in the area.

Maybe it was an off day, but everything was incredibly salty. The sweet potato fries and the Wagyu burger were definitely worth it, I’d order it again and ask for no added salt.
The Parmesan truffle fries had a bitter after taste and was pretty salty – couldn’t finish it. The regular cheeseburger had an interesting sour/vinegary aftertaste – wasn’t a fan of that.

First thing. Food service really good, nice people. Cashier was polite and friendly. Food as your can see was and looked good.
There is only one thing stopping this review from being 5 stars. There was a cook in the back very tall guy. I witness him touching his face and nose and touching the food. I also saw him lift his shirt and wipe his nose in the process his stomach showed, mind you he was in the cooking station. I might try this place in the future. However for now I won’t be coming here. I don’t want this review to be all negative. Food was good. I just couldn’t finish it after seeing that I’m sorry.

I ordered the Ahi Tima burger with lettuce bun and Parmesan fries and house lemonade. Was told it would be ready in 10-15. I waited in my car and when that time came I walked in and my order was handed to me just like that. Everything was fresh and delicious, exactly what you would expect from a top-tier burger spot! The atmosphere is a little busy, even when you’re already seated at your table. There’s a lot of movement and nowadays people talk loud no matter what the subject is. There’s also no one in the building that goes around checking on the guests to make sure they don’t need anything. The best parts of today’s visit were the music and ordering our shakes at the bar after our meal. They were done quick, whereas, when ordering at the food line the last 2 visits, they took 20-30 minutes tio receive. Lopez at the bar was very pleasant.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING food and location. The food was perfectly cooked and juicy. We tried both of the standard fries and loved them both. All of the sauces were delicious and added to the meal.
John M helped us at the counter, but everyone else also greeted and interacted with us. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. John took the time to help us customize our orders without us feeling rushed or like a bother. Even the management team behind him and the other front counter employees greeted us warmly.

If you’re wondering if these 5 star reviews you see on here for this location are true, I’m here to tell you IT IS!!! The moment we entered, we were greeted by Ms. K and order taken by Ms. Anna! Both ladies were absolute dolls, and Anna suggested the Thunderbird Bowl which was an AMAZING recommendation! Turkey burger, poblano pepper and cheese amist kale and other shredded salads. My daughter had a classic burger and it was juicy and the buns were soooo warm and tasted like croissants! She said it was “made to perfection.” We will definitely be coming back!!

Have been here many times and always enjoy it. Ordered “The Duke” special burger tonight and it’s just incredible. Fantastic richness with a little bit of texture. By far the best thing I’ve ordered here. I hope it joins the permanent menu!
