We usually go to Jinya and decided to try something new because of the hype—but this place was a huge disappointment.
The service was awful. Staff were obnoxiously loud, rude, and had a clear attitude problem. Japan is known for politeness and hospitality; this restaurant is the complete opposite.
We ordered two ramen, a side, and a drink. My husband had to follow up three times and walk to the counter three times because they completely forgot the side. It was only served after we were already done eating. When I asked for it to be packed to go, they placed it on the table with a box and made me pack it myself—no apology, no acknowledgment, even though it was clearly on the bill.
As for the ramen—easily the worst I’ve ever had. Zero flavor. The tonkotsu broth was diluted and thin, with no creaminess at all. It honestly tasted like boiled water.
No apologies. No accountability. Terrible service and tasteless food.
We will never come back. Save yourself the disappointment.

The Kim Chi and Yokohama ramens were really tasty and the curved noodles are a must. The sliced pork was tender with very little fat and the kids menu with Chicken Karaage and Katsu was good and affordable. Service was friendly and quick, the restaurant was clean and the walls had fun Japanese anime characters.

4 stars for the food. Been craving some chicken katsu and this place popped up local, next to a bunch of others with 3 star ratings so I went with the safer bet. The portion was massive and for the price and taste, I’ll definitely be back for more. The only two small downsides were my container of sauce (thankfully put on the side so my food wasn’t soaking on the drive home) was maybe 1/4ths full, barely enough to try and cover the top layer of food. Ask for extra, otherwise delicious. The other thing was the inside smelt of sewage, I don’t know if I’d eat inside and will order ahead next time so I’m not waiting 10 min in the smell of a porta potty. Other wise the placed looked clean, had like 3 door dashes come in while I was there and only 1 table sat.

Absolutely amazing service and food. Prices are perfect. This place is a hidden gem and would recommend to anyone. At one point I was coming here once or twice a day for lunch and dinner by myself. One of my all time favorites.
Dont forget to steal a few of the AMAZING lollipops they have in the tray by the front desk on your way out! Perfect compliment to an amazing meal.

This place has adorable Japan and Naruto (and some other animes) themed decor. Service is friendly and super fast. I’ve never had to wait for a table (though I gladly would!) Little hole in the wall with a delicious array of menu items. I’ve loved everything I’ve tried here. Plenty of parking. Great as take out too! Will be back again and again.

Phenomenal food, service, and experience. The restaurant is small and quaint. Nice decor and a menu that offers choices of both the hawaiian and Japanese varieties from the islands that you’d love to see. Mt wife’s ramen was amazing. My hawaiian BBQ was perfect. The kids enjoyed their dishes. Will be back again.

We went there last night for the first time for dinner. The food was excellent and portions were huge for the price. I could only eat half of my dinner and have lunch today. Chicken Katsu is good but the macaroni salad really pairs nicely with it. Service was excellent. We plan to come back. JH
