I recently tried one of the best Argentinian empanadas at a restaurant located in Brickell. They offer a huge variety of flavors. We ordered the beef chimichurri, chicken teriyaki, caprese, and grilled chorizo empanadas. My favorite was definitely the beef chimichurri—it was absolutely delicious. My wife and I often visit this place because it’s not only so good but also affordable. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys empanadas!

My husband and I stopped here for lunch while on vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our empanadas sitting at the outdoor bar in the beautiful Florida sunshine. I decided to try a rogel for dessert and it was the best thing I have ever had- so much so that my husband went the next morning and got more before we embarked on our cruise. Definitely a must stop if you’re in the area!

A breakfast favorite I always come back to

This is one of those places I don’t visit often, but when I do, it never disappoints. My office is nearby, and even though I’m only in the area a few times a year, this is always a breakfast spot I make sure to return to.

The food is amazing. The empanadas are absolutely delicious — flavorful and perfectly done. Their coffee is also excellent, which is always a must for a good breakfast spot. They also have a small selection of bakery treats that I highly recommend trying.

The space itself is beautiful and thoughtfully set up. You can sit inside or outside, and the interior is filled with plants and great decor that make it feel welcoming and relaxed. There are good seating options, and the area is very walkable, which makes it an easy and enjoyable stop. They do offer Wifi as well if you want to sit and do some work for a bit.

Consistently good food, great coffee, and a lovely atmosphere. I’ll definitely keep coming back whenever I’m nearby.

The empanadas here are pretty amazing. My husband says they are better than the ones he had in Buenos Aires. Their cappuccinos were also delicious. If you’re in the mood for something sweet, I definitely recommend the Coco y dulce. It looks sweeter than it is. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff were helpful and friendly. They have indoor and outdoor seating available.

Some of the best empanadas we’ve had on this side of Miami. Such a great variety, filled brim to brim, and exquisite homemade fillings as well.

We tried the short rib, beef chimichurri, 4 cheese and smoked bacon. The latter was a bit underwhelming, but may have been that it was not warmed hot enough (cheeses not melted). The others, however, were OUTSTANDING! Great seasoning/flavor, but not overboard. The dough is such perfection that it’s hard to put into words. Gotta try them. We came here every single day of our trip.

Service was mixed – a gentleman at the cash register one morning was really NOT having a good day; however, the other times we had a sweet blonde young woman who was so courteous.

Ambiance is casual, but located in a great area of Brickell. Both indoor and outdoor seating is a bit limited, but adequate for small groups of 4 or less. Many people were just ordering takeout when we went.

Definitely one of our new favorites in Miami!

A place that makes you feel like home. LITERALLY ♥️ We love each thing that we tried and also the attention since we put a foot inside from juana and all the staff. If you like or you feel interested in the argentinean culture you’ll have an amazing expierence here. 100% recommended. Also the prices are amazing. For the same price that you pay an ordinary avocado toast here you have SANDWICH DE MILANESA
We’ll back for sure and with more friends sorry, as tha name says. With our family.
With love the argentineans from Royal Caribbean.

I had a great experience at A Family in Brickell. The food was excellent across the board, but the empanadas stood out as the best I have had anywhere in Miami. Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and consistent every time.

Lucas made the visit even better with outstanding service. Attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was right without ever being overbearing.

Strongly recommend stopping in if you are in the area.
