I chose a delivery which means Door Dash, this was my 1st Door Dash delivery and it was quick and the driver, she was kind & polite. I will enjoy my Saturday lunch while catching up on some chores. I am glad I chose delivery and will use it in the future when needed. I do like that Chick-fil-A makes sure to add a fork and sauces to the bag.

Ordered a veggie wrap and got chicken cool wrap. I even asked what was in the veggie wrap and chicken was never mentioned. Forgot my ice cream and gave me 5 fries. Honestly I feel like out of all the ChickFillA’s in Huntsville this one is one to for sure get your order wrong.

Have always had issues at this location. Today was the worst. Witnessed multiple employees just standing around watching one or two work. It was not a busy time and yet it took forever to get someone to hand us our order once we finally got to the window after sitting and watching them just stand there for several minutes. Only to find that the food was now cold and we only had 7 nuggets instead of 8 in one box. Tried multiple times to call to resolve the issues and no one would answer phone. As someone with 30+ year career food and beverage experience I would be ashamed and embarrassed as the owner. I love chic fil a but this location has never been right and is getting worse not better with time. Go anywhere but here.

Easily the worst chick fil a in huntsville. Ya’ll should be ashamed or shut down for not being up to the standards of other chick fil as. I ordered a simple chicken biscuit meal and chicken minis on doordash and when the meal arrived the chicken minis were missing and the hash browns were lukewarm. I had to reorder a simple chicken minis order and only got $3 back and spent an additional 17 that isnt justified. Do better and give me proper compensation

I just want to write a good review for my friend Semaj at chick fil a! He is very upbeat and seems to be happy to come to his job! He definitely is doing a great job, and should be rewarded for his kind, and hospitable personality! Semaj makes me want to come here more than I already do! I can say I’ve had some not so good experiences here in the past with food being cold, irritable food runners, etc. Semaj is making it all worth it! Thank you for your amazing service, Semaj! I hope you get rewarded for your amazing attitude, and positive energy!!!

The person who took the order didn’t ask for a name and it caused some confusion during the pickup. Also she was the most unenthusiastic employee I’ve ever seen at a Chick-fil-A. I don’t think she’s going to be working there long.

Today at around 10:15am I ordered a 30-piece nuggets. I drove off and was waiting at the light when I heard my name. I was VERY confused but saw a sweet employee RUNNING across the street because they left out half my order. That was super sweet of her. Please tell her I appreciated her fast and dangerous move!!!

Typical chick fil a service and food. Feels like smaller portions are making there way to their chain. Still good, just slightly less value. Likely a larger chain policy rather than local franchise.
