First of all, there was a dead roach In the bathroom. In the bathroom where there’s no food to look for. My guess is that there’s roaches where the food is, and an employee trailed it into the bathroom on their shoe unknowingly? I don’t know. And this was AFTER I finished my food too. I was so disgusted with my overall experience already that I just couldn’t say anything without yelling at an innocent server. The rest of my experience before wasn’t much better. The lasagna is disgusting. As someone who’s worked in food service for a very long time, it tasted like it was hot held. Which would be fine if it wasn’t one of the most expensive things on the menu, and if it didn’t taste so low quality. That is genuinely ridiculous. Also, no free refills on drinks?? You know very well how cheap soda is in the quantities that you serve. I’ve tried giving this place so many chances and it fails harder ever single time. I was waiting to make this review because I don’t like leaving negativity on local places, but I just couldn’t resist saying something, this place has AWFUL food, and AWFUL ownership. The servers were very kind and helpful, and I’m sure the cooks are doing the best they can, but this place needs to either be shut down, or an entire re-start.

Our family of six came to eat dinner here and encountered one of the best waitresses on the planet, Kat. The double stuffed soldier field pizza was filling and delectable, and the gambling thin crust pizza was a kid and parent pleaser. We also ordered garlic bread knots that did not disappoint. Love the atmosphere too! Would love to come back when in town again!

I am disappointed in the turn this restaurant has taken. No longer do they have family sized pizzas, salads for entrees, or reasonable prices. Service was okay, but one refill for a meal is not up to par. Food was good as usual, but portions were smaller for the exuberant prices. They no longer serve a traditional pepperoni pizza. You have to order a cheese, and upgrade to a pepperoni for a greater price. I truly would not recommend coming here. There are better places in the Palouse with better service, and more worth your time.

They changed the menu and raised prices – which is fair. But you got rid of staples like a *pepperoni* pizza. Like what? You’re a pizza place man, why do you not even offer it? And getting rid of the large/family size, it was great when my family would come in – there would be enough for leftovers! And now there’s isn’t even the option. If I wanted weird pizza, I would go to Maialinas where now you are the same price – and the experience and service is better.
The updated menu is hard to read, it doesn’t make sense and I’m 23.

The Food was amazing and had great portions for the money. My server was Ally she was very kind and helpful. She was super upbeat and happy and made the experience that much better. I highly recommend asking to be seated in Allys section.

The food was great! Our server was very nice but a little inattentive. On more than one occasion a couple people in our party needed drink refills and she was nowhere to be found. I ended up asking a different server to send ours over. But, she was very nice and the experience was wonderful.

3 of us arrived without a reservation on Valentine’s Day around 4:30, content to wait the quoted 45 minutes for a table. The wait wasn’t quite that long. Greeted fairly promptly by server once seated. Tried to order an appetizer but they were out of our first two choices. Placed our order. After 45 min one of our party flagged server down and asked for a beverage refill. The server didn’t ask any one else at the table if they needed one as well. Another thirty minutes later we asked at the front where our food was. We hadn’t seen our server on the floor. He indicated he would find our server. We waited ten more minutes and were about to leave when she finally delivered our meals with a cursory “sorry for the delay”. The food was good, though the lasagna was pretty salty. We had to flag her down again to pay. She asked if we wanted a receipt, yes please. Waited another 10 minutes for that and finally left as it was clear she wasn’t bringing that anytime soon. The restaurant was never really full, so it’s hard to reconcile why the service was so poor. Additionally another server was handling all of her tables like a pro – and may have had more tables. We finally left around 8 pm. Such a shame because this is a favorite of our student, so we try to make it a priority when we visit. We likely won’t be back. Also not used to it being so empty during dinner hours on a Saturday night.

The food was so unbelievably disgusting. The service was good, but when I walked in I could see people staring at me from the server area when you first walk in. It seemed super unclean made me feel very off put about the food. I was right, I got the 71 and the flavor was nothing like I had ever tasted before in a very bad way. The chicken was super dry as well. All that being said, our server was great. Just can’t recommend this place in good faith ✝️ Jesus help this restaurant!!
