We pulled up to the drive-through ready to get some exquisite McDonald’s that we are used to we are loyal customers. We were ready to get the big arch we support McDonald’s through thick and thin through all in all to fire and rain through hell and back, but when we pulled up to the McDonald’s drive-through screen, we were faced with a challenge that was unbearable to us due to our phobia we seen black dots all over the screen perfectly shaped, and it made me jump out of my body and wanted to jump straight into hell when I seen it. I lost my appetite. I couldn’t eat my food. We drove out the drive-through and caused the scene. Yes, we did I. My face started to get fuzzy. We have a phobia, and this is a very common phobia that y’all should’ve at least had a trigger warning for if you’re gonna be too lazy to fix it I’m being funny but it’s not funny at all. I seriously almost died there in that drive-through you guys have competition across the street Taco Bell. We drove straight over there y’all losing customers because of this I’ve talked to several other people and they said the same thing that they drove straight out of that I’d rather have that machine burnt down to the ground are all black rather than have those black dots perfectly aligned and squeeze together. I can’t do it. It makes me feel eat a fuzzy. I can physically break out from that if I would’ve paid enough attention to it I could’ve physically broke out in hives all over my body and sued McDonald’s so please get it fixed expeditiously it’s an issue and like I said once I’m being funny but it’s not funny at all fix it.

This is a terrible location both times that I’ve ordered for uber eats I received a sandwich with no patty on it and it’s very aggravating because I let it slide the first time but this time I tried calling and they will not answer the phone but it’s okay I will most definitely go over there head and make sure people are terminated !!!

Ordered a Deluxe McCrispy chicken sandwich through the McDonald’s mobile app on December 31 at this location.
After eating part of it, I discovered the chicken was raw.
The inside was visibly translucent and not fully cooked.
Very disappointed and hope management takes this seriously to prevent it from happening to other customers.

0 stars. No customer service, the manager working the window over nights provides no assistance when their app isn’t working properly. Highly dissatisfied as I didn’t receive my order, and was being dismissed as if I was causing an inconvenience, just overall unprofessional. Needless to say I got WAY better service at Taco Bell shortly after McDonalds denied my order. based off their system not working properly.

I had placed a mobile order last night at 9:40pm, the app said store was open, Google said store was open. There were employees in the building and lights were on. They had the drive thru blocked off with cones, so I pulled to the front where they had the curbside parking. I put in what stall I am in and it immediately says they’re preparing it, then it says they’re bringing it out but instead this lady just comes from the building and says they’re closed. Why didn’t she cancel the order then? She had processed it like I had received my food and they stole my money. I got no food, she offered no refund and immediately closed the door on me. I would very much like a refund for the food I did not receive last night. I’ve called the store multiple times this morning, nobody is picking up.

It says they are 24 hours, they are not 24 hours. We roll up last night around 3 am and they just say “we closed”. The menus were on and it was all lit up and there were cars in the parking lot.

Went here late night one night ..thinking honestly whatever I order outside of a burger may be made fresh…well I ordered chicken nuggets. Even asked if they were fresh and was told they were . Got up the street. Decided I would pop them open …and every single nugget was hard as hell and cold. Like they had been sitting for hours. Terrible …terrible ….

This place was an embarrassment for McDonald’s. There was no parking next to the building unless you work for doordash or were disabled. Inside, you could not go to the register to order, it was shut down. You had to order from the kiosk. You could not pay cash you had to pay with card.
The place was filthy – from the dirty floors that seemingly hadn’t been mopped in ages to the counters that were smeared with all sorts of nasty mess. Most of the tables had not been wiped and still had food detritus. The playground area had the smell of decaying food.
At the end of February they were still playing Christmas music.
The staff paid no attention to us at all.
We won’t eat there again.
