We used to take our boys to Fazoli’s when they were young. We stopped by the Fazoli’s in Bowling Green while traveling. It was great just as we remember. Food was fantastic. Great value. They still use real silverware. One employee was cleaning tables and offering assistance while another employee brought food to the tables. Very efficient. Just a good visit all around and brought back fond memories.

My team used them for a meal and the manager, Cj, did a great job taking care of us. They made about 30 individual orders and delivered them to the gym for us. They were on time, every order was there, the food was hot and excellent, and it was a great overall experience. I would definitely use them again!

Great spot for some great, basic Italian food! If you’re in the mood for Italian, but don’t feel like cooking or spending an insane amount at a chain…go here! Order at the counter, they bring you your food. Friendly service…they do need to keep up with cleaning up a little quicker, but it was a nice place! If we lived here, we would go here often! Good prices and just good food.

Went through the drive through and they had a robot taking my order! I was scared it was going to get my order wrong but it was right! However, I still prefer the voice of a human.

This experience was amazing! I didn’t go inside, but the drive through experience was like one I’ve never had before. First, the order machine or whatever you call it was an ai, which is really cool. Next, the people there were nice and friendly. Especially the guy who opened the window, he told us to pull up into the parking spot, and when he gave us our (HOT) food he told us a joke, and it was honestly really funny. Amazing experience; 5 stars from me.

Our server was amazing! I wish I could remember his name. He was kind and apologetic when my food was made in correctly.
The only reason for the low atmosphere rating, is a mother and daughter, who work there, brought in the daughters son, sat him in the booth right behind us and he played on his tablet loudly and he was left alone and unsupervised most of the time while the two worked.
