Buffalo Wild Wings in Dover, DE is a solid spot with plenty of space to relax and enjoy a meal. The customer service is consistently great, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. I usually go for the chicken wings and beer battered onion rings, and they never disappoint. Always hot, crispy, and full of flavor. Great place to catch a game, grab a drink, and enjoy some tasty comfort food.

I’m not usually one to complain, but we ordered food and it took over 2 hours to get to us. Had to call the store after app said it was completed 10 minutes prior they hadn’t even bagged it up yet. Normally doesn’t take long but I’m not sure what happened tonight.

My husband and I went to the Dover, DE Buffalo Wild Wings location on January 10th, 2026 around 6PM. We were going because there was a points offer on the Fetch app for this location.
After arriving, we waited with several groups of people for over half an hour because there was no hostess. Someone finally went to ask, and their group got seated.
My husband and I waited another ten minutes. Then, we flagged down a waitress to ask where the hostess was. The waitress yelled very loudly at us. We promptly left because of this, as did the people waiting behind us.
We are very upset about our experience and will not be coming back.

After spending a hundred and fifthy two dollars the chicken wings were so dry like they were sitting underneath the headlamp for hours. The French fries were hard as rock and the wait time to get our food was over 45 minutes. . My son said his burger texture was stalled.

This is now the second occasion at two separate locations, this doesn’t appear to be an owner based issue, it appears to be a corporate culture issue, we (5) arrived, waited forever to be sat in a near empty dining area, places our drink order and ordered and appetizer, waiting about 10 mins, ordered food for the 2 kids and the 3 adults, processed to wait 20 more mins (kids are crying for their food a this point) before reaching out to a different staff member to check on our food, the adult meals then began to arrive at the table, followed by our appetizer and the kids food.
The explanation given was the kitchen staff mixed up the order with another table, when I worked in food service my staff was trained and encouraged to ask the kitchen staff within 5 mins of placing down and order where the food stands, especially if the tickets are minimal, my team got good tips, had rave reviews and food was always timely, fresh and correct. This officially has become the last failure permitted.

Went here for dinner and to watch the National Championship game. They were so understaffed, it took almost an hour just to get drinks (most got up and just went to the bar directly) and food took almost the entire game to show up. While we felt bad and were nice to the one waitress trying to get everyone’s orders, she was not even remotely friendly or polite.

We ordered 20 wings and when we got home they were all drums and no flats, which we did not request. That flats are my favorite, so I was highly disappointed. I called and asked the girl who answered if this is normal, she said it’s not and should be 50/50 and offered to remake them which I appreciated but wasn’t worth driving back and wasting more time out of my day. This has happened to me at other restaurants as well. I don’t know if it’s because people keep requesting flats, but even still restaurants shouldn’t assume people will be ok with all drums especially considering how expensive wings are. Taphouse in Dover did this as well and before we ordered offered to get all drums or flats for a $5 surcharge which I declined. They gave me all drums anyway! What if I had paid the $5 for drums when that’s what they’re giving anyway. I know this is BWW review, but I’m turning into a conspiracy theorist on the flat shortage. It’s out of hand

Went here twice in the same week and both times me and or my boyfriend have been sick from the food! we thought the first time was an one off situation but just recently went again Sunday. And again was sick from the food! Not sure if there cross contamination or stuff not being throughly cooked but we will not be going here anymore. We were in the mood for drinks and wings, this location definitely hit the spot. The service was good and wings came out hot and delicious. My only drawback was I received all drumsticks in my order I wish I had some flappers to mix it up. Overall, this is a good restaurant and bar.
