I had placed an order 30 mins before arriving and when I arrived my sandwiches were still not made. The employee was helping other customers and I let him know I was here for a pickup he said, “ wait I need to take their order first ok”. Unbelievable. What’s the point of ordering a head of time if I’m still going to wait the same time as if I ordered in store. And I always drive and order to this location several times because they make the food better here, closest subway to me is Villa park. I will not be returning to this location. Bad service.

Went in-person to get a sandwich for Lunch. Woman behind the counter asked me twice the kind of cheese I wanted, and toasted or not, after I clearly answered her the first time. Besides that no real problems or issues. They just need to pay closer attention to the details of customer orders.

Worst Subway ever. Worst experience in my history of going to subway. They don’t maintain the breads or sauces or sides which we want. They just give what they have. But while placing an order through subway app. It shows everything is there. But when we went to pick the order, they say we don’t have this we don’t have that. Totally worse. When they don’t have something in the store they need to keep it not available in the subway app too. Worst maintenance. Don’t come here.

9:15 pm. This is my local subway and the Indian guy was very rude. He seemed so bothered when we walked in. We started ordering and was stingy with the jalapeño on my sister sandwich. When he asked if it was for here or to go we said it was for here and he gave us a dirty look while looking at the clock as if we need to be quick about it. He then proceeded to give try to get my attention by tapping roughly his knife on the countertop while I was asking my sister what toppings she wanted. Not only was he rude but unprofessional because he had an AirPod on while being on the phone it looked like, couldn’t understand what he was saying because he was speaking his native language. I am very disappointed because I always go to this location since it’s so close to me and thought I could have a nice dinner. Can we please have nicer workers who make me feel welcomed/ comfortable. This is something I’ll never understand about places like this, if you don’t want to work then why show up ? If the job is not going to get done well. 0/10

I have had a final straw moment with this location, the Ice for their fountain drinks always having black specks in it. Finally to today when I had placed an order for pickup I ordered a rotisserie chicken footlong and a roast beef footlong for my mother. My sandwich was ok but light on the chicken, My mother’s sandwich however only had 3 slices of roast beef than the standard 12 that you should receive in a footlong! My mother called the location only to have them say that they couldn’t hear a word that she was saying. I came to realize that they’ll skimp on your food if you’re not there in person to order. Only order in person from this location and avoid the ice.

This is my favorite Subway the bread is always fresh the sandwiches are always made perfectly and the guy who makes my sandwich always puts new gloves and washes his hands before putting them on!!!!!!!!! He’s the best sandwich maker! Thank you for making my experience there always awesome

Easily the best subway I have been to. Always nice and fast. Sandwiches are always made super well. The dressings don’t drip out and the toppings are not piled high so the sandwich is still enjoyable.
