Okay, I dropped my kids off at XNA this morning at 9:30. I pulled over after leaving the airport at 9:36 to place a mobile pickup order on my way home to save time. This location was right off the route home so thought it would save time. I pulled up to park around 10am and sent the spot number. My receipt shows that my order was finally processed at 10:12 am. During this time they parked 7 drive thru orders. My vehicle has an automatic shutdown after 30 minutes. At 10:27 it shut off. At 10:30 my son texted me and said where else did you go, I explained the wait. At 10:32 my last text sent, they came out around 10:45, and the person finally arrived, but wasn’t sure if it was mine so I needed to check it. What? Anyways not her fault, did find my name finally on one of the inside bags. I ordered 6 things. The drive thru was packed when I got there, but thought well I am glad I already placed my order and for curbside pickup. Nope. ♀️It just seems like really poor planning, and possibly teamwork inside. I’ve never been to this location before and probably won’t go back. Also my biscuit and “gravy”, and egg, like wow ♀️pictures attached. On the plus side, it tasted good even though it wasn’t hot. Sorry McDonald’s but 2nd disappointed visit in the past few weeks.

Got a moldy nugget box from them. Absolutely disgusting. Can’t believe this wasn’t caught before it was stuck in bag. Likely was touching other boxes too. Staff didn’t seem too concerned with it, which is crazy considering they just served mold.

I usually stop for a sausage biscuit, sometimes with hash browns. I like to make my order simple. I’m not sold on their accuracy in filling orders, today was no exception. I’ve been hungry for the big breakfast – cakes, hash browns, sausage biscuit eggs. NOPE – I got charged for it; and they delivered me eggs and a sausage biscuit. PULL YOUR HEAD OUT PEOPLE! I’m not happy – You OWE ME A BIG BREAKFAST!

Usually I have an okay experience. Tonight it was just bad. Went through the drive thru. They completely ignored our lane. Got to the window and they didn’t have any idea what the order was. We told them and they still gave us the wrong food.

I was absolutely baffled at how I was treated at this location. I wait 15 minutes before I was ever even acknowledged ( a manager by the name of Jacob came up to the front and looked right at me and then went on with helping another employee ring up food for herself) some kid working came and asked if I’d been helped, I said no and that I was waiting on a DoorDash order. After a couple minutes, they came up and said they couldn’t find the order and asked what I was needing. The kid wrote it down and while they were packing the food, I noticed that he was putting the wrong drink in. The manager Jacob was walking by and I told him that the kid had the wrong drink and told him what I actually needed and he just laughed and said okay and kept walking and went right past the kid and never said a word to him about what I said. So the wrong drink got put into the bag and the bag got taped up. I finally got a hold of a different manager by the name of Amanda and told her about the whole thing and she fixed what was wrong with the order. I told her what happened with Jacob and she was super apologetic and told me that she couldn’t express how extremely sorry she was for how I was being treated. She was extremely sweet and super helpful. By the time I left there, I had been in the store for 30 minutes. I understood the chaos as myself has worked in fast food but to leave someone just standing there and then ignore them and laugh at them is horrible. I won’t be going to this location on my own anytime soon

Really only come here if you’re willing to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru line. No sense of urgency with the staff. Unfortunately couldn’t leave due to cars behind and in front.

Burnt bun hard as a rock, ask for no onions, and it had so seasons on it that had onion in it, and I’m allergic to onions, just to som it up very bad experience never going there again

I keep coming back because it’s close, but it’s not great. I ordered online just after 5 am. They were unprepared, as if they started late. It took a couple of minutes to answer the drive through. Then food wasn’t ready. I’ve been waiting 15 minutes and still don’t have food. There are at least 4 others that are also waiting.

My son and I ordered two hot chocolates through the Drive-Thru and waited 10+ minutes with only 2 other cars in the drive-thru. My son’s hot chocolate was literally black coffee, and both were luke warm at best. I called within 5 minutes of exiting the drive-thru and they were rude and insisted we were making the mistake and that we’d have to bring it back to “prove” it was coffee. Which we did. The manager tried to only refund for a small coffee instead of the entire botched order, was rude, and stuck up for the employee who said we lied over the phone. She was also behind the counter talking to another employee saying “we slammed the cups down on the counter” as we were waiting for our refund. Customer service has taken a dive at most places but this was a “what not to do guide” at its finest. Though this is the closest McDonalds to us, anytime we want McDonald’s I’d rather drive an hour out of the way before frequenting this sad excuse of a restaurant again. Negative 100 stars. This happened Monday 12-15-25 around 10am.

For the first time ever.. we got a professional and perfect service and food. The black worker today ( don’t know his name) deserves a raise!! He should serve at a high end restaurant. Despite being super busy he kept his cool and calm energy to serve at his protection. Good job this location. Food fresh as it can be. Keep it up!!
