Paid extra for large fries but received small amount of old leftover fries that were basically potato chips like in the picture. The nuggets were also old and probably refried or something because it tasted burnt and dry dry dry! Serve your customers like how you want the food to be when you pay for it. You work and get paid for that job and customers pay for the food at least to be decent and edible. This was ridiculous.

I dont usually leave reviews of anything at all and was conflicted on what to do about this, but the service was not it. I went to this taco bell twice within 20-30 minutes. The first time was because I was getting my boyfriend something to eat and he wasn’t sure what to get because he isn’t huge on taco bell. We pulled up and immediately got asked about if we ordered online, we didn’t which wasn’t too bad I get it people have things they’re required to say at a job. We said we didn’t and asked for a minute to figure it out and got interrupted 2-3 times got asked if we needed help the first two times and the last time we were interrupted we got asked to come into the lobby because apparently the sign was better and easier to read in there. I personally think he was rushing us to keep his times shorter. We order and pull up to the window and we see him underfill the drink and try to compensate by just adding in a crap ton of ice to fix it, the drink still didn’t even get close to the full line at all. We got the food and left. I figured I wanted taco bell to so I pulled up and immediately it was the same thing, just getting rushed to hurry up and order which was fine because I only get one thing from taco bell. I try to order a 3 soft taco combo like usual and when I asked for extra beef and to add beans I got told no. The worker told me it wasn’t going to fit and at most he was only going to put them on the side. Which is kinda crazy because I get this at every taco bell in killeen. I told him nevermind and left. I went to the one on Fort Hood St, the service was significantly better and more polite.

One of if not the cleanest Taco Bells I have ever been inside of. My wife and I were the only ones there and the staff looked busy dealing with call ins and the drive thru so we ordered using the kiosk. Super simple and easy to use. Food was hot, fresh and quickly made per the order. If I am in this area the next time and need a quick decent lunch again I will definitely stop by again.

I’ve never been to a Taco Bell where I didn’t like the food, I have to say the woman who took my orders she was polite and cordial I give you guys credit for that she was kind but the food that I got that wasn’t so kind the Mexican pizza you guys could even be bothered to melt the cheese all the way, 3/4 of the way through the pizza I felt nauseous, not sure why I’ve never had that happen before then my spicy potato taco you guys pick the oldest possible shredded lettuce that you can find and put it on my taco the only other thing that I ordered the potatoes tasted old. I’m sad I love Taco Bell this isn’t the experience I wanted to have.

Hey upper management needs to come down here and teach these workers to not only use the gift cards thats on the app/website but also dont allow the worker to pick there nose and then grab a drink for someone’s order through the drive through. Thats unyigienic and repulsive I skipped this order because of that. Also please only have one person talking in the drive through speakers not multiple people thats confusing.

Absolutely horrible visit. Waited over 10 minutes for a burrito supreme with extra lettuce. The tortilla was so dried out before making the burrito that when the person tried to fold/wrap it up it had a blow out down the center. The ends were all crunched up. I paid for extra lettuce, there wasn’t any. I was headed out of town and didn’t have time to call or return to get it straight. Totally frustrated to spend almost $5.00 and get something to eat that wasn’t edible. I love Taco Bell, I know this wasn’t the way its supposed to be and it isn’t the “normal”.

I order Taco Bell every once in a while, but my mind was blown recently. I never asked for extra because I don’t need my food to be stacked to the brim, but when I say my Crunch Wraps were near empty it’s an understatement. You could barely see any filling and could only taste tortilla and lettuce. I mean it was absolutely ridiculous and they should be ashamed of themselves.

One of these things is not like the other…well in this case two. Usually, they are the better of bells in the area. However, I didn’t get what I asked for and it’s cold (I will let the weather take partial blame). Yes, it was close to closing, but that shouldn’t take away from a simple modification. This is by far the worst order I’ve received from this location…very disappointing
