I ordered for carry out on the app and mistakenly placed it for ASAP instead of scheduling ahead like intended. I caught this immediately and called the store. The guy who answered the phone seemed pleasant and willing to help. When I explained what happened he told me he couldn’t help with that.
I thanked him anyway and got off the phone.
But, really? You can’t take a marker and write a later time on it and stick it on the order board? Or something…
So I tried contacting customer service by phone. No luck, you’ll be connecting back to the store with the guy who can’t help.
Then I tried using the help chat bot through the app who said the store can help with that.
What is this place?
So instead of forfeiture of $41, my wife left work early to pick it up and we’ll get to heat it up in the oven when I get home.
I made a mistake but it shouldn’t be this complicated.

Michael is hands down one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time. He really made the whole experience better. Food was fast and great. Our cups were never empty. And he included my son. We will definitely be back. My son says 9,000 stars!

Mrs Alisha was our server and she was so kind and welcoming to us and our little ones. We had a little mishap with some red pepper flakes at our table and her and the manager went out of their way to help us out. We had a great experience, and a great lunch!

Alicia and Michael were very amazing! Their vibes were very welcoming AS SOON AS we walked in the door , they even put us on couple of new drinks they drink themselves. I felt I was coming home to a family dinner, they give great vibes all around. If I was their boss, raises to them both!!

We had Michael as our server tonight..he did an amazing job!! Got us in and out in time for our movie time …it’s just disappointing on the good quality the sauce isn’t good anymore theyve taken the cheaper route…I will probably not be back…but Michael needs to be somewhere serving great food!
