Ivan & Braylon. Braylon and Ivan both of them were out cleaning the store the whole time that we sat in there and ate. Ivan took my order it’s good to see little youngsters in there cleaning and doing their jobs instead of being on the phone making sure your services proper. Even came up to the table after food was good if there was anything else that he could help us with to let him know. Very good young man they’re definitely keepers. Good job guys.

There was an “issue” with ordering on the app & price variances that needed to be addressed. Michelle, the Manager @ Store #1501879, took the time out of her busy morning to come outside & explain what had misled me to believe otherwise, about the order & pricing that had been misunderstood. Once she had explained it to me, she was generous in helping me with my order.
Michelle remained professional, kind, calm, caring, all the while maintaining a sense of wanting to ensure I understood & was happy by the end of our session. She went, in my personal opinion, “Above & Beyond” in this situation, whereas most people nowadays don’t bother at all & could care less about the consumer or their needs.
To Whom it may concern;
Michelle, @ Store #1501879, should be given attention on this matter, & if she’s available for promotion, then she should get it. Otherwise, she is DEFINITELY entitled to a significant raise!

She has a fandom of followers that is different from any customer service and customer relationship. It’s on a family like relationship and level. Talk about not caring about doing a good job. Picked up an online order that wasn’t started until I got there. Then, 1 of the burgers was taken by the drive thru guy wearing sunglasses at dusk . after finishing the remake, they realized they had no French fires ready!!! Great preparation and attention to detail! 25 minutes after arriving to get an order made prior to arrival! Best part was employees didn’t even apologize for being so incompetent because they don’t really care about the customer.

Went to grab a new pulled pork bbq friso burger drive thru. Staff was very polite and efficient. Burger tasted and looked like it was made a hour or longer before I ordered it. Trash.

Good food. I had a big order for takeout. It was during the Saturday morning rush, so very understandable with difficulty ordering. All the workers seemed to be working hard. It was very busy. I would recommend their breakfast burritos and biscuits.

Stopped in on my way home from work to get a couple chicken sandwiches. I decided to go inside and that was a mistake. When you see how dirty this place is it makes you think twice about buying food there. Nothing has been wiped down or swept at all. That being said I did order a couple chicken sandwiches and some onion rings. They were made in a normal amount of time and the burley tattooed guy that took my order was very polite. I don’t judge a book by it’s cover I do however like decent food and this was not the best. The chicken sandwich was okay but nothing special. A touch overcooked. The onion rings were kinda hard and crunchy possibly overcooked. It is what it is, fast food. It’s edible if your out and about but not at the top of the list.
