ayyy, this place was great! its been forever since ive been a Chili’s. we went at probably at one of the worst times during the holidays, but despite that everything was great! staff was really nice, food came out great, and even the other guest werent near as annoying. so maybe we came at the best time? if you do go, get the Skillet Beef Queso! this stuff is amazing! i wish i bought a to-go version because i wouldnt stop eating it.

The last few times I’ve been here the food has been way over salted. This last visit though, was horrible. Ordered a ribeye, rare. Took a couple of bites before I had to send it back, because of it being too salty. They made a new one for me. As I cut it open it look so gray and hair bit of pink was hazy. I took a bite and immediately spat it out. Tasted as if it was spoiled, and or someone threw it on the floor. After we left, as soon as I got into the Walmart parking lot, I had vomited. By the time we got home my wife was sick. At least the manager comped the steak, but this was ridiculous.

Great food, but it took forever to get our food, even while the restaurant wasn’t full. The service was lacking…our waitress never came over because she was too busy flirting with a cowboy buying beers across the way. Host had to ask a different waitress for a favor to take our table. The new waitress did okay, but she was more focused on making care of the table next to us, buying alcohol. Luckily, the food was hot and delicious when we finally got it.
Updated: We went last night, and the server did great and he was very conscious about checking on our drinks and was very knowledgable about the menu. Food was still delicious!

Went for a to go order. Fries old and salty as if the whole bottle of salt fell. Chicken hard and disgusting. For the price I expected at least better quality so disappointing!

Came in and meet hubby around 1:00. Was greeted around 1:15, then she came back to us at 1:35 to take our order. I understand we chose to sit in the bar area, but there seem to be 2 servers in the bar area, and there was only us & 3 other customers (3 total tables) in the entire bar area. The other server visited her 2 tables several times, even stopped to answer a couple of our questions. We received our order at 1:57, which seemed like a long time frame from the time she took our order. She only checked on our beverages once, and took 20+ minutes to get our order out.
Once our food arrived (quesadilla explosion salad & Alex’s Santa Fe burger), I began looking for my Avocado that was an extra $1 and just assumed they forgot to add it. Almost through half of the salad and I finally found the 3 slivers of Avocado that were smaller than my fork (pic included). For an extra $1, I was thinking it would be 4 good size slices at least lol. The burger seemed a bit dry as well.
The salad was tasty, that’s the only reason why there’s 3 stars! I understand things are different right now & businesses are struggling, but that’s even more of a reason for them to be on their best game for every customer, because I assure you without customers, the business will not survive. It’ll probably be awhile for us to give this location another shot, but hopefully when we do, service will be better.

Chili’s in Lindale TX was such a pleasant surprise. The wings were big and crisp and I took an extra order to go. I returned the following night to try the cajun chicken and shrimp pasta and was glad I did. The service was still 5 star and the food was fantastic. Chili’s is your one-stop shop for good food and drinks in Lindale Texas!!

The wait was not long to get seated. It was pretty loud but that’s to be expected with the crowd. The hostess was very nice and our server was very attentive.
For drinks we had a blackberry tea and a strawberry lemonade. We had to mix the tea since the blackberry flavor was mostly at the bottom. I had to add a small amount of water to the lemonade because it was a little too strong for my taste.
We ordered a triple dipper as an appetizer. We had the white queso, chili con queso, and the guacamole. The guacamole was some of the best I’ve had. The white queso was really good, I ended up dipping my fries in it haha.
For the main dish my husband had the smokehouse combo with crisper, sausage, and ribs. He enjoyed it very much. I had the BBQ brisket burger, it was so good. The BBQ sauce was spicy sweet and savory, the coleslaw added an awesome crunch to the burger. The meat was tender and juicy. It was an amazing burger.

My friend & I visited the Lindale location between 12 & 1 pm today. I ordered the triple dipper with wings, cheese sticks & burger bites. Keep in mind the restaurant just opened a couple hours ago, but I tell you food tasted like it was cooked 3 days ago. The wings were so hard & dry with no flavor, burger bites dry, cheese sticks all no flavor. They didn’t even bother to warm the bbq sauce for the wings. I’m not surprised though. This just confirmed why I haven’t been there in about a year. I will not be going back.
