Social Profile:

El Poquito is a delightful collision between an artisanal taco truck and an old-school cantina, where the flavors are intense, the service is familiar, and fresh-juiced margaritas flow like water. Everything here is relaxed and fun. We pride ourselves on offering always fresh, local, and sustainable ingredients—organic when possible. Gluten-free? No problem. Vegetarian? Plenty of options. Whether you’re dining inside or out, enjoying happy hour specials, Margarita Monday, or Taco Tuesday, this is how we roll at El Poquito.

This bright, wood-clad cantina offers a variety of tacos, ceviches, enchiladas, cocktails & more.

Food was really good, ordered a side of shrimp that I had to send back because they were burnt, cilantro rice needed seasoning and the virgin lime margarita wasn’t good.

Other than that I enjoyed my food. Our waitress Lorena was AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond! Definitely will visit again.

It was so much fun enjoying the atmosphere and food. Lots of laughter and such a great vibe. We dined indoors but there is lots of outdoor space too! We had a really good time

The beauty of visiting different restaurants is to share and appreciate other cultures. In Chestnut Hill, PA…. This one is a winner. Sorry that I didn’t take any photos, I was too busy eating!
This was a great experience that all foodies will enjoy. They have outdoor seating with music!!! The interior was well done with a homelike atmosphere that let you know something good was coming out of their kitchen. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. Amazing!

Went to brunch there with friends from out of town. Food was so great, HUGE portions and a lot of options. Everything was delicious and our server was great and attentive! We sat outside which was so nice because there was a covered space and it was rainy out. So rare to be able to sit outside in the rain so that was fun. The prices were also so great, Bloody Mary’s and mimosas for $5 is unbeatable

I recently made a reservation online and, unknowingly, it was booked for an outdoor table. When we arrived, it was 30 degrees, rainy, and extremely cold. Although it was clear this was an honest mistake, the restaurant made no effort to accommodate us with an indoor table. Despite the conditions, we did our best to enjoy the meal—and I want to note that our server, Michael, was fantastic.

We were told that guests “sit outside in this weather all the time,” which was surprising given that not a single other table was seated outdoors during our visit. Unfortunately, this lack of willingness to assist or adjust left a very negative impression. While we appreciated the service from our server, this experience makes it unlikely that I will choose this restaurant for future plans, parties, or reservations.

I came in for happy hour. It was pretty empty here hem I arrived. I asked for a table outside. It was a beautiful day so being outside was our only reason for visiting. I was told it would be about ten minutes. I sat at the bar & ordered drinks. Checked back several times…An hour later I was told to stay at the bar because they wouldn’t be able to accommodate us. I wish I had known that in the beginning so I could have gone elsewhere The drinks I had (blood orange margaritas) were good. Food was decent (tortilla soup, chips & queso, braised beef tacos). The corn wasn’t as good as it was in the past. Tasted like canned corn with a few seasonings. Apparently they were short staffed. Next time I’ll try a different spot.

We had a great experience here! The service was solid, the portions were good and the food was excellent. We ordered the cheese dip, guacamole, fajitas, steak and ones of the bowls. Everything came out in a reasonable time for a busy Saturday night. We were really happy with everything. I would definitely go back to El Poquito again.

Simply wonderful. Walked in and was immediately taken to a table. Our server was attentive and fast. The food had many flavorings and was scrumptious. The skirt steak fajitas were delicious along with the guacamole and queso appetizers. Will definitely return.
