I had such a fantastic experience at this McDonald’s thanks to one exceptional young man named Patience working there. My original order had been canceled by mistake, but he immediately stepped in to help. He handled the situation with professionalism and kindness, making sure everything was fixed quickly and that my order was absolutely perfect.
Even though it could have been a frustrating situation, Patience positive attitude and genuine care turned it into a great experience. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and that kind of service really stands out. McDonald’s is lucky to have someone like him on their team!

They need to watch a YouTube video on how to make a Ice Mocha. Especially the weekend people need to learn how to do it.
It alway has coffee, chocolate, whipped cream on top. If you want people to buy them you have to make them correctly. So many employees do not know how to make them. Even it happens in other McDonald’s.

As of August 24, 2024 I believe they are now using Lab grown chicken, I bought 3 of them they were all triangles and rubbery like printed meat with lines. I didn’t know when I ordered them. My daughter tried to eat one she thought I was lying. But she found out I wasn’t. She couldn’t eat it either.

Im on my journey to collect these Lil McDonald’s toys (yes grown child here) and the manager was SO nice & went above and beyond to find me the different ones he had in store. We also love to take our kids to play in the play place here and its always clean. 5 stars for me!

I have never experienced going to a McDonald’s and not being able to order food that’s on the menu. I was told today at 1130pm that they had no burgers because they have no cooks. It was 3 people in there, I asked what time they close and she said 1am… I was also told it was store policy that if they don’t have cooks they can’t serve food. Why stay open? I hope this is accurate and not laziness. Management please give clarity because that was a terrible experience.l. Get nuggets that’s all they have so she claims.

Horrible service and extremely slow. Intitially, they left 2/3 of our order in back in the kitchen. First, they forgot 4 orders of fries, then a 10 pc nugget, and then a coke. The young lady at the window had to run back and forth at least 2-3 times to finally get it right. She apologized and stated that they were “understaffed.” At that point, we were hungry and didn’t make a fuss. We told her it was fine and checked our bags one last time. We pulled over in the parking lot for a quick bite. I bite into my burger twice , then noticed that it was completely uncooked in the middle. I panicked and immediately stopped my nephews ( 10 and 12 yrs old) from eating because they ordered burgers, as well. The youngest’s was the least cooked of them all (see attached photo). We took pics of the food and receipts, then we took it back into the restaurant. The manager seemed unbothered and was not surprise by the issue,at all. She then proceeded to blame the issue on “the machine” that cooks the burgers. Common sense would tell you that th machine needs to be serviced or replaced. There is NO excuse for serving RAW food to children and families. Today is Feb 25 , 2023. I will be keeping an eye on my nephews this evening. There will be a real problem, if either of them get ill. I will be contacting headquarters regardless. This location is disgusting and poorly managed. Based on a few of the other ratings that I see, it should be shutdown, immediately.

We had a great experience here last week. The kids area was huge and we loved the tables being included with the play room area. The food service was fast and the staff were polite. They got our order correct for lunch and again for the kids desserts. The tables were clean for us but I would say the kids play area needs a thorough wipe down.

This is a filthy place. I ordered a BigMac and had to throw it away due to finding hair in it. I called to complain and the only way they wanted to make things right is to replace the sandwich from the same filthy kitchen.

Today Jan 31 at 4 pm the lady running the drive in also known as the manager was very rude while ordering my food the was food missing also are drinks was wrong after telling the lady (manager) that she was rude and that I would make a complaint to corporate she just walked off acting like I didn’t even exist Also, the guy collecting the money At the first window seen out of it And could barely even hold the cord reader out the window Good to see that this is the type of business and Customer service we get form management I felt DISGUSTED by her actions!!!
