Also the cocktails are strongly suggested here!
However, the service was lacking at times. The menu states that we can ask for certain items or ask for service to be sped up/slowed down based on our preferences.
After the first few rounds of meat coming out, it seemed like the servers were intentionally skipping us. Which left us sitting without meat at times. So much so, that a waitress came over and asked if we were done and wanted the bill because we weren’t eating anything. We asked for more salmon (after having been served it only once) 3-4 times before they finally brought us out more.
This would not put me off coming back and the 4 of us all enjoyed the meal but I wanted to highlight the service issue.
I chose this restaurant for the second time because I’d previously hosted a guest from abroad and was pleased. However, this time, our experience was a complete fiasco. My guests from Brazil and Turkey were constantly questioning how such a Brazilian restaurant could exist. I was embarrassed to have brought them here.
Food: The so-called “unlimited meat” was a joke. We waited endlessly, and when food finally arrived, the meat was practically raw – not rare, but raw. The chicken was burnt, and only the fish was cooked properly. Despite a large menu, we couldn’t try most items because getting service was nearly impossible.
Service: The waiters did their best, but the kitchen was clearly in complete chaos and had zero coordination.
Atmosphere: The dining area was unbearably stuffy and suffocating. Eating here felt more like torture than a meal.
Payment: The worst part was at the payment part. We split the bill into only three parts for eight people, yet the staff made a huge issue out of it. Even though both card and cash are accepted, they treated us rudely because two people paid by card and one in cash. The behavior was downright humiliating.
In short: raw meat, suffocating atmosphere, terrible service, and disrespectful staff. If you want to waste your money and be treated poorly, this is the place. Otherwise, avoid it at all costs. I will never return.
Highly recommended
There seemed to be more concern with filling us up with appetisers and bread than meat.
The all you can eat sides were poor. One bowl of very sad salad and a small bowl of coleslaw.
Dessert was a small mass-produced cheesecake, no pineapple or banana offered.
The staff were friendly enough but the service was poor – very long waits between rounds, forgotten fries or potatoes and when we asked for more meat this was ignored.
By the end of the evening it felt like the staff had decided they weren’t working any more so we gave up as well.
The only shining light is that we didn’t pay full price – cheers to social deal.
While the establishment itself has not changed for many years, this did not detract from our overall experience. The atmosphere remains cozy and inviting, and we truly appreciated the hospitality. All in all, a fun evening!
