They don’t wear gloves while preparing your food. Call to let the manager know, and she told me that gloves are not required for preparing your food even if they don’t wash hands, they can go immediately from the counter to prepare your fries without putting gloves. The manager wasn’t rude but did not seem to care about the germs her worker spread to my stuff

This location should be closed down. They mad at you when they get the order wrong or missing. Hire people that want to work and not people fighting for survival in life. The owner needs to close it down for a training day on basic fundamentals of filling orders. You can’t take people money and give them what you want. Try giving people what they pay for and maybe they won’t be pissed when items are missing. I’m glad I don’t live here to actually visit this location again. It could be the last location on earth and I would never step foot in that spot again.

Really didn’t want to leave any stars forreal. Went to McDonalds and ordered a Double Filet O Fish with Fries NO SALT. I get to the window and sit for 5 minutes only for someone to come and ask if I can move into a parking spot. Sat for about 15 minutes only for them to bring me the messiest fish sandwich. Tartar sauce all over the box and some nasty double dipped fries with salt. DONT PARK ME OR ANYONE FOR THAT MATTER IF YOU’RE STILL GOING TO GIVE ME COLD AND STALE FRIES. I DIDNT TAKE IT BACK I JUST WONT BE RETURNING BACK HERE

I guess it’s the typical McDonald’s, not clean but not dirty enough to turn around and walk out. The front counter was not manned and no one was going to take your order. You either had to use the kiosk to order and pay or you did without. I suppose you could use the drive through. Our burgers were best described as warm. Only the meat had seen any heat, so if you wanted a hot hamburger you were disappointed. The fries, though not fully cooked, were warmer than the burger. Our fountain drink was good.
I guess it’s the future. Workers want higher wages and owners cut the staffing levels. Customers are left with a diminishing product.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at McDonald’s. I noticed a group of employees laughing and running, which caught my attention. To my shock, I realized they were reacting to a roach scurrying on the ground. While the manager or supervisor did politely address the situation by killing the roach and covering it with a trash can, it was alarming to witness.

Additionally, I was appalled to see a young employee pouring ice into the water fountain in an unsafe and unsanitary manner. To make matters worse, she placed her shoes on the counter! This kind of behavior not only reflects a serious lack of training but also poses significant health risks. If she had failed in her attempt, McDonald’s could easily have found themselves facing a lawsuit.

It’s understandable that many of the workers are young high school students, but it’s evident that they aren’t receiving proper training. The soda fountain was in dire need of a deep cleaning, and if roaches are running around, it’s clear that cleanliness isn’t a top priority here. McDonald’s has been in the industry for so many years, and perhaps they believe their success is guaranteed, but incidents like this show a lack of care for their customers.

Unfortunately, this is the third time I’ve had a bad experience at McDonald’s in Georgia, Florida, and Alabama. As a result, you’ve lost me as a customer. It’s disappointing to see such unethical and unsafe practices at a place that should know better.

I was in the drive thru for 45 minutes. 20 of those minutes was after I ordered. Absolutely ridiculous. Get better stop being lazy. You have a job. Do it! Burger had no condiments. The concerning thing is the apple pie. The apple pie on the right is one I bit into. The one on the left was bitten into prior to being cooked!! Concerned about the health practices of this McDonalds.
