We hit the jackpot here. Upon entering we were greeted warmly. Jess was our server. She was personable, friendly and efficient. I had the spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs. It was the best I have had in a long time. My wife had the baked spaghetti and she said it was very good. The side salads were fresh and crisp. The house Italian dressing is on the sweet side and is very good. I’m usually not a fan of sweet dressing but I enjoyed this thoroughly. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the garlic rolls. They were so good with just the right amount of garlic and seasoning.
On a side note, we usually eat at Pirate’s Landing up the road. We decided to try something different this time. As it turns out Theo is the owner of both establishments which explains why they are both winners. Try either or both. You won’t be disappointed.

I’d describe this as an excellent family restaurant. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly, constantly checking in to ensure we had everything we needed and making us feel well cared for, which made for an overall fantastic experience. Having enjoyed authentic Italian cuisine before, I’m not claiming this isn’t authentic—cooking styles vary in both America and Italy—but this didn’t rank as my top Italian meal. The garlic and oil dip would have been a better choice for the bread. The focaccia could have been made with sourdough, and if it was, it didn’t have that distinct sourdough flavor. True Italian cuisine, to me, leans heavily on sourdough, even for the noodles. That said, the food was good, and I have no complaints—just comparing it to the best I’ve ever had. I’d happily return if I lived in the area!

It had been years since we ate at Theos due to food and service that we experienced back then. We decided to give them a try tonight. I can’t even express the disappointment. I feel that the biggest disappointment was the lady at the checking people put. She clearly DOES NOT have professional communication skills to handle any criticism. When I addressed my concerns with her, she immediately got defensive and and made us feel our experience and concerns were of our own. Instead of an apology, we were harassed with questions, Did you do this-Did you do that! It doesn’t matter the responses to those questions. It matters that you have a couple with concerns that were addressed respectfully and instead of professionally just saying We apologize for your experience and we will address these concerns with our staff to deliver a better experience, We hope you give us a try in the future. She completely disregarded our concerns.
Service: The waiter was good. They unfortunately gave him two large parties with several other tables with no assistance. Also, he was new. Poor management on the restaurant.
Food: Before we ordered the homemade chips, I asked the waiter if the chips were fresh and made to order. Reply was yes. We received our homemade chips and with disappointment the chips were cold. We did express this to our waiter, He did want to make it right, however we don’t send food back. We ate the chips and moved on. It’s happens, oo well move on. Next we ordered a cheese pizza, all meat Stromboli and wings. When ordering we we told by another employee that overheard our order, that we cannot split the sauces on the chicken wings. First time in my life, I’ve ever heard of this rule! We order wings at almost every restaurant we visit. No big deal we thought, just order them all medium and add hot sauce on the side. Problem solved. After 40 minutes and no drink refills and asking just once on our food, the pizza and Stromboli was delivered. I just couldn’t even put into my head at this point the disappointment again. The pizza was lukewarm and the Stromboli was the same with mostly bread. Little meat. After another 10 mins the wings arrived. Hooray they were hot and fresh! Unfortunately, which still amazes me, the wings that we ordered medium with hot on the side(because we were told we could not split sauces) were hot with medium on the side. Can someone please help me wrap my head around that!? Anyways! Unfortunately and I have never written a review before, Theos was again a disappointment. I truly do hope that Theo does get a chance to review our concerns and address with staff so future patrons do not experience this. We love local and always support our local businesses! They are the best! Unfortunately at Theos, the customer service was a more disappointment than the actual food.

Ordered wings for the super bowl, upon entering, people were lined around the register waiting for orders. The lady at the register, older lady, seemed to think she had a system down for people getting orders on a busier pickup order time, gave her the name on the order and she immediately said it wasn’t ready yet. My dad and I just stood by the wall waiting….after about 2-3 minutes, my dad says “that looks like it could be our order, being its just wings” as he pointed to a table it was sitting on. Mind u, they were lining up orders on tables, most consisting of pizza and other things. After waiting 20 minutes, she goes through calling names again and we answer when ours was called, and sure enough, that had been our food that was just sitting there the whole time! $75 wings that were cold, hard, and did not have extra sauce we asked for! We were pissed to say the least….won’t be getting our wings from them anymore for super bowl, guaranteed! Someone needs to tell that lady that her method doesn’t work! There were several people’s orders just sitting that she was saying wasn’t ready, lots of disgruntled looking people! Not to mention, the phone was ringing off the hook and the young lady assisting her just stood there, didn’t even bother to answer! Terrible service at its finest! Very disappointed, I am usually happy with theos!

It was a snowy night when me & my co worker stopped in, as it was about the only place open after the snow. I’ve been all over this country & I will say the 10” cheese pizza with melted feta was the best I’ve ever had. It was browned perfectly & the right amount of sauce. My co worker scarfed down the veal parm and said it was delicious. Make sure not to skimp the home cut potato chips as the were delicious!!! Our server Hannah? Was very laid back & did a great job taking care of us. What a great find this place was!!!

Dining is an experience.
The music was very good – pop hits from the 80’s & 90’s
The kitchen was nearby and you could smell pleasant aromas & spices coming past my table.
The service was fast & friendly – no complaints at all.
Now the food – delicious.
Salad was typical lettuce, carrot tomato & onion.
Bread was healthy portions of a roll baked or warmed and added garlic butter in the ends.

My baked ziti & chicken & partner’s Italian Special were extremely delicious. So many favors as each bite hit our lips & tongue. I finished the Ziti, while my partner had to take 1/3 of here home.

They also have a lunch & dinner buffet, which we did not look at, but seemed popular with other patrons.

We will come back to Theo’s again. That I am sure if.

Theos has an all you can eat salad and pizza bar for weekday lunch. My wife and I ate dinner here after a movie, I got a club sandwich and fries and she ordered a small pizza. Our waitress Pebbles was doing several jobs including helping out in the kitchen because the restaurant was busy and they were short handed. It took over thirty minutes to get our food because a large group sitting on the patio had just turned in their orders in front of us.

I ordered a sausage pizza for pickup, and when it came out a bit disfigured, the staff immediately let me know and offered to make a fresh one. Within just a few minutes, they brought out a brand-new pizza at no charge. That kind of honesty and customer service is hard to find these days! The pizza was delicious, and the experience made me appreciate this place even more. Highly recommend Theo’s Pizza — they truly care about their customers.
